SANT'AGATA STAYING IN PERFECT LOCATION
Cozy apartment, clean and ffunzionale.Fornito everything 'you need, how to be at home tua.La location and 'great .. with a few steps, we are in front of the Cathedral .. we highly recommend it.

It needs to be more advertised that you must contact them 72 hours before to receive check in info as they will not contact you. I contacted them over 24 hours before but no one replied and when I got to the hotel no one was there or was answering the phone, a couple of hours later I managed to get the check in details. The room is fine, bed not to my taste as it was too soft and as many reviews state the plumbing is noisy. I was a solo female traveller and didn’t love the thin sliding front door of the room, it didn’t feel very safe. Good TV and aircon. Breakfast was an apple and a packaged muffin, orange juice and there was a coffee machine.

Much better than expected
Myself and my husband have just came back from staying here yesterday and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I’d booked the accommodation and then read the reviews which left me feeling disappointed with my choice HOWEVER how wrong those reviews were.
The location of the property is excellent and right in the centre, handy for all of the attractions and round the corner from the metro line and walking distance to the central bus station or train station should you want to travel further afield like us.
The room was spacious and clean, it was refreshed every day with new soap and shower gel if you don’t take your own and had bottles of water and orange juice every day.
The breakfast is pre packaged but if you're like us we like to eat out while on holiday so didn’t bother us but I will say that the muffins were nice and the coffee pods were lovely.
(Usually you have to pay extra at places for coffee pods).
If I was to offer advice to the owners would be to make it easier to get the key code to enter the property as I found it very stressful to have to constantly contact them on the day of arrival to get the code to enter the building as I was ready to book another hotel as it want made very clear when booking what the process would be and felt like we’d been forgotten.
I would also advise to let people know that some of the rooms have sliding doors, we were told that our keys would be on the table so we followed the instruction given by text and found no keys in sight, however it was a sliding door so could have been advised if this instead of contacting them again to say no keys were there.
We would stay here again.

Very dark almost goth like entry, room request was not met until 2nd day and it was, no hot water for two days, uncomfortable, bathroom rule to throw paper in basket was not in review, noisy pump every hour didn't allow a restful sleep, towels were dingy grey worn, stiff. No lighting at entry had to use cell to light up key entry. Heater in room didn't work. Balcony view ( really? View of street? ). Very disappointed, ruined visit couldn't enjoy it fully.
