Rude managers

Unfortunately, our experience was not positive. We had a problem during our stay and we simply tried to talk to the managers to clarify the situation, but the confrontation was very harsh and, honestly, we felt treated with great rudeness.
I understand that there can be misunderstandings and that it is not always easy to handle customer complaints, but I think that one can always talk and look for a solution without adopting certain tones. In this case, however, we found little willingness to listen and an attitude that seemed really unwelcoming to us.
It's a shame, because the problem we had could have been easily resolved with a little dialogue and understanding. What left us most bitter, in fact, was not so much the problem itself, but the way we were treated.

Rude managers

Arrogant and truly boorish managers.
We found a very, very unpleasant young girl at the reception.
She did not know how to welcome, she did not know how to explain why "starting this year" you cannot sleep in the pine forest with a camper van.
She gave different versions, always changing them.
Change your staff because the place is fantastic.
A real shame.
Strongly not recommended.

Very rustic

I stayed at the Village. The property is dated, but the staff is very welcoming. There is a convenience store, very useful, since the location is quite isolated. It is suitable for a sporty clientele that knows how to adapt, but stepping out of the room and being on the beach is priceless. Beach towels are not provided. A beach umbrella is provided. Outdoor breakfast with a sea view.

Nice place but poorly managed.

Arrogant, rude, and completely incompetent managers. The electric charging stations are few and very far apart. If you have more than 50 meters of cable, you should not have any problems. The camper service is simply disgraceful; I found excrement everywhere and the water was shut off. I brought everything to the attention of the reception and was attacked by a staff member (perhaps the owner, perhaps the manager, or who knows). Campsite with a pine forest and sea view. Nice but poorly managed. Price too high for the service offered.

To be avoided

Bad camping, if not the worst in Sicily. Rude staff, dilapidated bathrooms. There is nothing beautiful about this place. I don't understand how he's still standing. We were told that since we didn’t want to pay €8 for the car inside and would therefore park it outside, we had to unload the stuff by hand under the August 17 sun from outside the facility. I've never heard of anything like that. Perhaps they have never been beyond their four walls apparently and do not know how hospitality works.
Obviously we didn't get in. And we will never return.
Avoid it.
