Hotel was beautifully appointed and very clean. Comfortable beds for a great sleep. Great water pressure in the shower! Lovely balcony to enjoy the cool evening. Very kind and helpful staff! Glad to have stayed here - grazie!

Small and clean hotel but no basic amenities,
It has a lift but you have to use stairs
No fridge, no infusion service, no slippers to go home, no possibility to close inside, with dryer without adapter..then you can not use it. Small beds and cramped and uncomfortable pillows
They touch your stuff and move it around

I booked this hotel on 8/10/25 at around 11:30 pm. Hotel was closed when I arrived at 11:58 pm. The hotel has no parking and is next to a bar and not much else. I tried calling from bar next door and ringing doorbell multiple times, but no answer. That in itself was scary because there was just a bunch of men there drinking. They sent me a welcome message at 1:11 am 8/11/25. I didn’t have wifi or cell service as I was visiting from a different country. The bar next door had no wifi and no one spoke English. This place is in the middle of nowhere so I had to go find a wifi and another hotel in the middle of the night. It was a nightmare. I reached out to them by email because they charged my card anyway and they have not replied. I spoke to Expedia, who apparently can’t help me get a refund because no one speaks English at the hotel.

We were scammed! They stole our money without providing accommodation!
A few days ago, during a trip to Rome, we planned to stay at this hotel. We booked the stay through Booking.com. Unfortunately, on the day of arrival, it turned out that they wanted to scam us for additional money for checking in at the hotel in person, not online. Unfortunately, when we finally agreed to check in on-site and tried to arrange the details of our arrival, I called the hotel. A lady who didn’t speak any English answered the phone. She said two sentences in Italian and hung up. Subsequent attempts to contact the hotel were constantly rejected. They do not respond to any messages on Booking.com, even those sent through the Booking platform itself. They stole our money and do not want to give it back.
I attached photos which are confirmed my reservation and try to contact with you. So please don’t tell that it’s not true like you did on google.
Even now tried to contact with you. When I told you who I am and asked for speak in English you suddenly hang up. That’s how you deal with customers!
