Among the dishes that struck me the most, stand out the blueberry tagliatelle with roe deer sauce – a surprising and well-balanced combination – and fried mushrooms: crispy, tasty, simply delicious. The sausage, prepared according to tradition, also deserves a special mention.
The desserts are all homemade, made with genuine and refined ingredients, perfect to end the meal with a touch of authentic sweetness.
In summer, the climate here is decidedly cooler than the coast: we had lunch outdoors in mid-August, enjoying not only pleasant temperatures, but also a lovely view that makes the meal even more memorable.
Service is attentive and friendly, helping to create a convivial and relaxed experience.
