Ideal place for a few days in Cervia

Simple but very clean place with very courteous staff

Enjoyable stay

I was skeptical given the reviews instead... nice structure and room, in five you were fine, I thought worse! Varied breakfast, courtyard in front of pleasant entrance! We stayed only one night, but we were fine! If I have to find a flaw, parking with few spaces, in this period I hoped it was available to guests without having to pay 10 euros per night!

A surprise...even if out of season

A surprise... at the last minute, we booked the afternoon for the evening. Small but clean room and comfortable beds. Reception extremely available and super breakfast.

Bad experience

We only booked this hotel for one night (fortunately). We were 5 and were given a quintuple instead of splitting into 2 rooms. UNLIVABLE.
(Sign covered in trees and we couldn't figure out where the hotel was)
Upon check-in we were charged immediately everything and among other things more than what they had initially asked us, we went up to the room and then came down and asked for explanations, and the boy told us that he would return the money.
Very small room, a double bed one single and a bunk bed... impossible to turn around otherwise you would go on furniture or between us.
Being a summer night, air conditioning was compulsorily needed, only that sleeping in the double bed came straight to the face, while those who were in the bunk bed downstairs, seemed to be in a sauna since it was small and the air did not come at all. Among other things, the beds were very short and the feet came out, not to mention the sheets, which bunk beds were put double because surely the staff did not want to move the bed.
Impossible to shower in 5 people, the shower tray was non-existent and there was not even a support for the shampoo and conditioner, which was absolutely unhygienic since we were forced to put them on the floor...
Obviously we all had to dry our hair and arrived at a certain point, after the fourth person who had showered, the power went out because the phone did not withstand the overcharge, another reason for having to give us 2 rooms. We went to the reception to expose the problem, since the lifesaver did not click and the boy did not even want to go up to see why it did not turn on.
We were hoping at least that the breakfast was good, but we were very disappointed. The pieces of cakes were so small that in 2 bites you would finish a slice, the croissants were hard, not fresh at all...
Upon check out we spoke with the owner and we exposed the problems but he answered us in a bad way pretending to be right and the money they had asked us most did not give us back.
Bad experience and bad place.

Esperienza negativa

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con mia figlia mia moglie e le mie 2 nipoti, rispettivamente di 3 anni e 10 mesi, la notte tra il 18/09 e il 19/09 e complessivamente la mia valutazione è negativa. Siamo arrivati alle 18:30 e ho scoperto che il servizio parcheggio che avevo pagato (10€) prevedeva che per le ore 10 del mattino spostassi la macchina. Successivamente siamo entrati nella camera, una quadrupla con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello, e abbiamo trovato lo spazzino del wc sporco di feci, abbiamo segnalato il problema ed è stato sostituito. La struttura si presenta fatiscente: la tappezzeria decisamente anni 80 è macchiata, le sedie e i tavoli del buffet anche questi macchiati o addirittura rotti, i quadri polverosi. La colazione dignitosa ma non degna di nota, lo stretto indispensabile. Non ritorneremo e credo che la struttura andrebbe rivalutata.... decisamente più un 2 stelle che non un 3 stelle.
