Fantastic experience!
I came on holiday with my husband and my 2 children.
As soon as we arrived we were immediately welcomed by the very helpful receptionists Sara and Monica.
The room very spacious and clean.
The outdoor spaces are also very well arranged and welcoming, the large swimming pool surrounded by nature.
The super entertainers Lia and Evelyn took care of our children and kept them entertained with various activities such as group dancing, water games, biscuits and much more!
The beach is a 10-minute walk from the hotel but you can also use the bicycle service.
As for the restaurant, everything is very good with a variety of dishes both in the buffet and in the menu, also suitable for
younger children.
The staff in the room were very friendly and helpful, especially the waitress Alexandra.
We will definitely be back!

No to misleading advertising!
Complete disaster. We were attracted by the images on the site and by selling itself as a happy family hotel. We stayed in June and we are a family with small children and after confirming that the pool was active and there was entertainment, upon arrival we found the pool closed and no entertainment... we're off to a good start I'd say! TV in the room that doesn't work and cleanliness that leaves a lot to be desired with wallpaper (in 2023 are there still hotels that have it? well...) torn in various places and various breakages of the furniture in the room. Let's forget about the very poor quality food from lunch/dinner to breakfast! What is most annoying is that the site attracts families and instead for those with small children it is all an inconvenience! If you go to be calm and relaxed, forget it! Staff in charge of complaints who do not know how to find a solution, and in any case you can understand why by making them pay for everything first it is obvious that they don't care about solving them.

Nightmare
Hotel of errors/horrors... I could spend hours describing all the misfortunes that happened to us this summer, infinite, but I'll limit myself.
Cleaning
equal to zero, as far as the dining room is concerned, on the last day our son, just over a year old, was dancing on the shards of glass from a carafe broken the night before, no one knows by whom.
The rooms... we ask for a change of sheet, one comes back with the paw of a pigeon, ahh yes we had the room changed on the first day because it was indecent they kindly gave us a bigger one, shame about the butt that had been well welded for some time on the railing.
Service
Personally I think they are good, managing such a structure in disarray with few people requires really being on the ball and saving the impossible is not for everyone.
Food
for a strong stomach like mine anything is fine but I realize that the company canteens certainly have higher quality food. I'm sorry I found myself with a small child putting the HAPPY FAMILY HOTEL in difficulty... I had to buy my own pasta ( 1 euro), repeatedly ask for plain yogurt and twice they put chilli on the little one's plate, crazy stuff.
If you are looking for a bit of Romagna, look elsewhere.

BIG RIP OFF...BAD EXPERIENCE
I just returned (stayed 1 week with husband and 2 children)... terrible experience. Nothing to do with what is described on the site. Very limited "starter" buffet with recycled and pre-packaged food. First and second courses many times of the "mapazzoni".. unspeakable breakfast with pre-packaged cakes.. yoghurt counted and in the savory section poor ham and slices thrown away while still packaged..... the waitress was very kind but the organization of the service was terrible. . absurd waiting times or they brought the dessert with the second course still on the table. Terrible rooms.. mattress with unmade springs, end of the bed held together with scotch tape.. glass shower door that breaks every time (therefore dangerous for children)... carpet on the corridor of the floors.. very very dirty .. open bar 11.00-22.00 one evening at 22.04 I ask for a glass of water for my 6 year old son and I am told that I was late and I would have to pay for it... ok.... but then every day despite dinner it had to be served from 7.30 pm, the restaurant room was opened no earlier than 7.35/7.40 pm...the delay was fine there......bicycle service....without brakes and without headlights in front or behind... other what is not specified on the site is the balance of the holiday upon arrival (perhaps because they are afraid that given the crappy services they offer people will leave early without paying.....) entertainment not received...... LO .I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Returned a few days ago, what can I say... terrible experience.
The food is not up to the standard of a hotel, instead of three stars they should give one; the food is almost always pre-packaged, for example the cutlets and often repetitive; buffet always the same things and pre-packaged things there too.
Even breakfast with pre-packaged cakes and counted yogurt.
Room not very clean, there isn't even any furniture in the bathroom to place things on; bed mattress with unraveled springs.
Walls with dirty wallpaper.
Very little entertainment, almost absent and with little desire to do anything, non-existent miniclub and evenings with non-existent entertainment.
Friendly staff, but the ownership is completely absent and we only communicate via email.
Almost nothing of what you see on the site is present.
Finally it is not specified on the site but they ask for the balance upon arrival.
To conclude, I don't recommend it, except just for an overnight stay.
