Peace, beauty, and hospitality / Tranquillità, bellezza e ospitalità

We come here twice a year and always look forward to Maria, Gianni, and especially Tocchio, the dog, and the cats. It is a dreamlike place with beautiful views of the Tiber and into the large garden. Maria is the perfect hostess. The apartments are cozy and tastefully furnished and also suitable for a longer stay. And above all, the incredible tranquility, which one hardly finds anymore, must be highlighted.
We come here twice a year and look forward to seeing Maria, Gianni, and, above all, Tocchio, the dog, and the cats again. It is a dreamlike place with beautiful views of the Tiber and the large garden. Maria is a perfect hostess. The apartments are cozy and tastefully furnished, and also suitable for a longer stay. A peaceful retreat

We stayed in the studio for 2 nights and visited Orvieto, Lake Bolsena and Civita di Bagnoregio (go early to avoid crowds!).
Maria was a kind and gracious host with excellent English. The studio is large with a well equipped kitchen, good shower and a big comfy bed. It was so quiet and peaceful (apart from Tokyo the dog who barks loudly when you arrive, but is very friendly!). We recommend this place as a green oasis in the countryside.

Relaxing holiday

Lovely place for those who love nature and tranquility and privacy. It also welcomes your furry friends. 10 minutes from the nearest village. The owners are friendly and helpful for any need. Experience to be redone.
Absolutely recommended.

Always worth a visit! - Gerne wieder!

For the last 14 years I have regularly stayed at PP. I enjoy coming here to relax and always discover new places in the area like this time the Parco di Villa Lante and Bosco del Sosseto. I enjoy shopping in Orvieto and Bolsena, swimming and dining at lake Bolsena, sightseeing in Viterbo and The Park of the Monsters in Bomarzo. I cannot stop praising Podere Porcino for its beautiful accomodation and surrounding scenery. Maria´s hospitality is fantastic. Her deep knowledge of the area and recommendations are invaluable. I will certainly come again.
Ich komme regelmäßig seit 14 Jahren. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und ich entdecke jedes Mal neue Orte wie dieses Mal Parco di Villa Lante und Bosco del Sosseto. Ich gehe gerne einkaufen in Orvieto und Bolsena, schwimmen und speisen am Bolsena See, bummeln in Viterbo und den Park der Monster von Bomarzo besuchen. Die Unterkunft in Podere Porcino und die umgebende Landschaft ist wunderschön. Die Gastgeberin Maria ist herzlich und fürsorglich. Sie gibt immer wertvolle Tipps. Ich werde wieder kommen.

Place of peace

We stayed 1 week between old and new year in this wonderful farm surrounded by nature. Maria, Gianni and Tokyo gave us a sincere welcome and in this enchanted place we (and our 4 dogs (!)) have regenerated.
A wonderful view of the valley, a Stone house and so much greenery around.
Thank you very much for your welcome
