A place to regenerate
Quiet place, ideal for relaxing and regenerating. The owner is affable, welcoming and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return as soon as possible.

Terrible to avoid incapable managers
I stayed here for one night as in passing I broke up the car trip, the structure is nice and well cared for but the staff TREMENDO, we arrive in the room as I believe every person has the need to take a shower, well the hot water does not come out.
I call the structure at the numbers indicated on the door and arrives I think the owner who tries somehow to restart the boiler all this at 23:00 at night, after 40 minutes I get a Whatsapp Message where they say there is a failure in the system so the next morning I would have been provided with an extra bathroom but I say you managers of the structure must wait for a guest to arrive late in the evening to understand that you have a failure??? Then after insisting that I immediately needed a bathroom to wash, I am accompanied to another structure then I walk out of my face 300m walk in the open countryside to get to this annex where there is a bathroom in an understairs probably available to the entire annex with a washing machine inside I LET YOU IMAGINE THE DISCOMFORT NOW AT 00:00 to have to wash out of my structure get dressed and then return to my structure to go up to the room and not happy the manager tells me well or that or you can take advantage of the bathroom in the room with water at 20 °, which then in mid-October in the open countryside with 15 ° outside the water was really frozen other than 20 °. NOT STRONGLY RECOMMENDED, shame because it is a beautiful structure.

Gentile Ospite , desideriamo informare i lettori che quanto riportato nella recensione , NON RIGUARDA IN ALCUN MODO Country Rooms & Suite la Quercia .
Nella nostra struttura non esistono depandance distanti 300 metri , non vi sono bagni in sottoscala , non disponiamo di lavatrici nelle camere e non utilizziamo impianti o procedura di assistenza simili a quelle descritte ; questi elementi non sono mai stati presenti, ne' compatibili con la disposizione reale della struttura .
Riteniamo pertanto che la recensione sia stata inviata alla struttura sbagliata , e abbiamo avviato un nuovo riesame presso Tripadvisor.
Invitiamo i lettori a consultare le foto ufficiali e le numerose recensioni autentiche dei nostri ospiti , che riflettono con precisione la qualita' dei servizi offerti da Country Rooms & Suite la Quercia .

At home
Roger makes you feel at home and is always ready to help. The beautiful landscape, the proximity of the coast and the sounds of the country side make the picture complete. A great place to enjoy the other Italy.

Sconsigliata vivamente
Comportamento non etico
1. Su Booking e Tripadvisor vengono mostrati ambienti raffinati shabby chic mentre io e i miei figli siamo stati messi in una stanza “2 stelle” con arredi basici e spartani, 1 asciugamano grosso a testa (senza quello medio è quello piccolo) con lenzuola ruvide e temo sintetiche
2. Nonostante presenza di ampio patio con macchina del caffè in bella vista, siamo stati mandati a fare la colazione in uno scomodo bar in paese che si raggiunge praticamente solo in macchina
3. Alla mia partenza mi é poi arrivato sms in cui mi si chiedeva se “per sbaglio mi fossi portata via 3 asciugamani “
Dopo aver risposto che non gradivo una simile insinuazione mi è arrivata in tempo reale la cancellazione della mia prenotazione da Booking - mossa che aveva come solo obiettivo quello di non farsi recensire

Gentile Sig. ra ringraziandola per il feedback vorrei rispondere sui punti da lei elencati:
1. Su booking e tripadvisor gli ambienti da lei elencati sono quelli della camera Suite King Size matrimoniale che abbiamo al piano primo e sono fotografati e messi online assieme agli esterni e alle altre 3 camere standard di cui disponiamo, ognuna col suo prezzo ovviamente differente essendo appunto camere diverse; ora voi avete fatto una prenotazione tramite booking esattamente nella camera che vi è stata assegnata che non era la Suite quindi non vedo come potete pretendere che vi venga consegnata una camera di livello superiore, se mai dovreste controllare meglio in fase di prenotazione.
2. Il bar/pasticceria con il quale collaboriamo per le colazioni si trova a 800 metri dalla struttura ,ci si puo' arrivare a piedi o in macchina ed è ben pubblicizzato online, questo significa che chi prenota da noi lo sa da subito che non serviamo la colazione direttamente noi. Capisco che non possa piacere a tutti ma si puo' decidere liberamente di non prenotare una cosa che poi non gradite.
3. La nostra collaboratrice, non avendo trovato gli asciugamani in camera, ha chiesto tramite sms senza offendere nessuno se nella fretta erano stati portati via visto che ve ne siete andati senza neanche un minimo saluto, a proposito di buona educazione.
Cercando di aver fatto chiarezza le porgo Distinti Saluti

Posto molto bello, accogliente ma soprattutto rilassante. Gestori molto gentili ed accoglienti, da farti sentire a casa. Posto strategicamente buono e immerso nel verde. Consigliato a tutti coloro che amano la natura e la tranquillità...
