Excellent
Wonderful place immersed in the Tuscan countryside. A special thanks to Mr. Angelo who was extremely kind. Soothing and fresh rooms, nice pool. Ideal for a quiet family holiday.

Scary vacation.
If you are looking for a place where you can offer cleanliness, education, fairness .. do not go here.
Dirty rooms, kitchen utensils full of mold, just because they think they're in the country they didn't understand that you have to clean us anyway.
Very dirty pool and in a week I did not see anyone cleaning it.
Dirty towels at check in.
Ah last thing.
They hate Southerners.
I hope for you that you don't go through all the crap that they put me and my family through.

À beautiful place to stay
We’ve had the chance to go to the Podere la Vecchia Fornace were we stayed for almost a week during the last month of august (2021)
The house we stayed in was comfortable and cozy
The owners are kind and very généreuse they even invited us for dinner on our last night.
Our kids spent a lot of time swimming in the pool.
We could visit Siena Perugia assisi and many athée beautiful citys other than the lake Trasimeno.
We will certainly go back next year.
It was perfect.

Be aware - this place is not as it used to be
Stayed here on July with my family of two adults and three teenagers. Just to clear this place is not horrible but it was a horrible disappointment.
This place looks like nobody hasn’t been taking care of it for a year. It looks like the owners have changed that time and current owners are not meeting expectations based on pictures and old reviews.
It is a pity to see it as it is. It’s filthy, flowers are dead, spider webs everywhere, a nail sticking out by the window, pool water disgusting, old equipment lying around the yard, washing machine is broken as well as dishwasher too. Dario reminded that it was not listed in the items so it should not even work :-) That was a smart reply and tells a lot about his attitude. Dishwasher is still in the pictures and physically there. Nowhere was mentioned that it is not working. There is no dish brush either. So read the description and don’t expect anything else to be there or at least working.
The housekeepers are still doing something since I woke up twice to the loud sound of water running as Dario was watering flowers at 3:00 AM.
I read afterwards many reviews and I would not be surprised if he had written the reviews himself. At least one he wrote. Based on the reviews there were a lot of weddings in spring time and the guest list was really international. Yellow room must be enormous.
Dario was really eager to get our money. That was his only concern.
Don’t expect a breakfast basket nor a bottle of wine to welcome you!

Hi sir. I'm really sorry you had a horrible experience. You and your family are the only one in 3 years that wrote such a review. I agree with you in some point.we should fix some things in the apartment and we are doing our best. First of all check review on booking as well if you like, there is impossible for us to write them. That's quite unrespectfull saying that we did them by ourself. I didn't took any pictures of the apartment when you left but It was a mess, garbage everywhere, toilet full of ( you can imagine), lamps and supplies broken. You broke a flower pot with your car as well, I didn't charge you for anything. I wish not to have guest like your family in the future.
