A completely relaxing holiday

We have been coming to this B&B for many years, the courtesy and availability of the owners who are always ready to help in all possible difficulties and that is no small thing, the structure is very beautiful surrounded by greenery and facing the sea, a terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast where the eyes fill with blue, and then the homemade desserts, delicious. And what about the infinity pool overlooking the sea, with sea water.....that view is worth the whole trip......in short, it is Salento...perfumes, flavors, friendliness.....Castro it is wonderful, it is truly the pearl of the Mediterranean.....it is worth it...highly recommended

Relaxation and friendliness

Very nice and clean B&B. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful people. The breakfast is really worth it: homemade things, both sweet and savory. The swimming pool is suggestive and offers a breathtaking view. Very green and suitable for families

Spostamento in altra struttura senza gli stessi servizi. PESSIMI E INAFFIDABILI.

Avevamo prenotato da tempo in questa struttura ma a solo un’ora del nostro arrivo veniamo chiamati perché la nostra carta era stata rifiutata.Riaggiorniamo correttamente la carta per il pagamento ma poco dopo ci viene cancellata la prenotazione.Ci chiamano per dirottarci su un’altra struttura a 20 minuti di distanza situata non a Castro ma Santa Cesarea terme (perché un cliente si era fatto male e doveva restare in stanza fino alla sera) senza piscina ma ci viene chiesto di pagare lo stesso importo (99€ una notte) senza gli stessi servizi che aveva la sutura iniziale scelta. In tutto questo io sono in gravidanza, quindi avevamo scelto una struttura con piscina per poter stare al fresco durante le ore più calde, ma dirottandoci in altra struttura più lontana, è stato un disagio. Ci avevano promesso un aperitivo e l’accesso in piscina per l’inconveniente, ma dell’aperitivo neanche la traccia. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! NON CI RITORNEREMO.

Brutta esperienza

Location difficile da identificare per assenza di indicazioni, immersa nel verde di una macchia mediterranea ben tenuta. Peccato che sia gestita in maniera non professionale e questa mancanza si ripercuote sulla qualità del soggiorno. Cambi di camera inaspettati nel corso del soggiorno, pagamenti elettronici rifiutati con il disagio di doversi recarei a diversi km di distanza per prelevare non hanno giovato alla soddisfazione degli ospiti.
