Friendly stuff great hospitality

Great hotel!! The stuff was amazing the rooms were comfortable and really clean. Really warm rooms with a decoration that travells the vistors in another era!! It felt just like home and I will definatly visit the plce again!

It doesn’t exist. It closed down a while ago and is in shambles. They took my money and still advertise online. I am now seeking a refund from Expedia.

nice, friendly, clean and low-priced hotel

i was just travelling through italy with my bicycle when i arrived in feltre, a very nice village. i found the hotel nuovo de cesero by just following the signs along the streets. i was also lucky because this hotel was the lowest priced on my whole journey. the rooms are simple but for my use absolute okay, it was clean and also silent in the night. also for people having a bicycle with them.. no problem, there is garage where we locked it in during the night. in the morning silvano made me a very good cappuchino and prepared the rich breakfast..

Excellent Experience

My daughter and I recently spent four days at this charming and hospitable hotel. Sylvano, the owner, was extremely friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to talk with every day. We were there to explore family locations in the area using Feltre as our home base which made this location perfect. His recommendations for sights and eateries were always spot on! In fact one evening he even dropped by the restaurant he recommended to us to drop off an umbrella for us to have when we left. Sylvano was a great host and we truly enjoyed making his friendship. The rooms were great, clean, and very cozy! The breakfast service was great, they even extended it a half hour for us one day. I'll be back again soon Sylvano!! Ciao

An expensive dump, slightly better than a street bench

The rooms are ancient, and the bathroom did not have a proper cleaning since the 60s. Everything is from a different era, the room was extremely hot and without air-conditioning, there was a lot of noise from the street and the breakfast was the cheapest selection of things you can get from the supermarket. As for the price, we arrived late and had no time to look around, so they totally ripped us asking for 90 euros. Highly not recommended.

come le ho già scritto in forma privata vorrei sapere in quale camera ha soggiornato e vorrei sapere da lei com'è strutturata la colazione, spieghi nei dettagli (per cortesia) quello che ha visto esattamente.
Da sei mesi facciamo compilare una nostra recensione interna e non trovo una recensione così malvagia e non veritiera come la sua.
Mi dispiace dirle che la sua recensione non è per niente affidabile e secondo me arriva da una attività concorrente.
La smetta per cortesia di fare del male alle strutture che investono un mare di soldi per offrire servizi e benefici.
