Adequate quality with an interesting price given the well-known seaside location of Varigotti.

It is indeed a true and functional mini apartment. In my case, there are two rooms: a small kitchen and a small living room, well-lit, furnished, and equipped with all comforts. The double room is smaller but adequate for a couple, with a very modern and well-arranged bathroom. There is a small external terrace accessible from the double room. The owner is very kind and helpful, and the beach is included in the room price (a rare find in Liguria). The stay is ideal during this period for those who love tranquility (I believe that the months of July and August are definitely more problematic). I believe that the structure deserves another visit if maintained in its current state. I recommend it without any reservations!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! The apartment is a large, ugly building right on the street and the adjoining rooms are not acoustically insulated. It has no parking. If you want to park, they ask for 30 euros for parking paid in advance and it is a tiny parking spot. We paid and we didn't move it anymore for fear of not being able to park again. The beach at Bagni Clara is all pebbles and drops off deeply within 2 meters; water shoes are essential. Unjustified prices for the room, the parking, and the nonexistent service.

Excellent

Great location and value for money. One night , one Saturday in July, 200 euros with beach included. Possibility of paid parking.
Very large room with mini kitchen for breakfast and quick lunch / dinner for those who want. Very large bathroom well lit and windowed.
The only flaw little soundproof. It was communicating with other accommodation with family with children who seemed to be in the room with us,
Owners friendly and helpful. Highly recommended (pity the soundproofing)
