Perfect hotel to explore the city and relax

Stayed here during the hot summer months and it was a perfect hotel to relax and explore the city. Especially the sauna and pool was nice. And with the reservation system the pool was never crowded. The room was excellent as well and not too loud, considering the location of the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Great team!

We had an amazing stay and would happily come back!
From the moment we arrived, May made us feel so welcome. She greeted us on arrival with such positive energy and immediately made us feel at home. Christina was also incredibly kind, helpful, and always happy to assist with any questions we had. Davide was great as well and contributed to the excellent service throughout our stay.
A special thank you to the kitchen staff too. Every morning they were friendly, cheerful. Their positive attitude made breakfast a really enjoyable start to each day.
The hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms were spacious , stylish, and very comfortable. The spa and sauna were incredibly relaxing and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Florence.
The location couldn’t have been better everything was within easy walking distance, which made planning our days effortless and allowed us to make the most of our trip.
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence!

Breath of fresh air

Showed up tired from traveling and as soon as I arrived May was a breath of fresh air, she lifted the mood with her great service and personality, the facilities were great, the room and location were perfect, I couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Amazing stay!!

We had an amazing stay here. I truly have only positive things to say about this hotel and highly recommend it to and type of traveler. We stayed here during the heat wave and our air conditioning was always very cold even on the top floor. This was a blessing coming from other hotels in Italy where it was not keeping up.
The room was fun and decorated well and was extremely spacious. I highly recommend booking the Palazzo Delle Poste Suite room! Bed was comfy and big. And included a kitchenette which was great to have as well. The room was very clean and the shower was very spacious.
The location is perfect, extreamly close to major sights and having a short walk back to our hotel during the heat wave was a blessing too! We never took public transport or taxis other than to the airport & train station with our luggage. Everything else is accessible by foot. You could walk from the train station but it was too hot during our stay. There were lots of amazing restaurants nearby too.
The pool was also an added bonus where you book a private 1 hour time slot! There is nothing worse than hoping to relax but the pool and sauna area are super busy so having your own space for an hour was something all hotels should do if they can! You do have to book this in advance but we had no issue getting a time slot that worked for us the day before or even the day of sometimes.
We stayed at several hotels during our time in Italy and this one was by far the best. Many little touches were greatly appreciated - the complimentary water bottles and cold filtered water filling system were great! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and rooms were cleaned daily. Definitely recommend staying at casual rinascimento firenze for your next trip!

What a great hotel with beautiful people, the biggest hotel rooms and located amazing

It was a very last minute trip and just randomly chose the hotel as somewhere to stay for 24 hours. Once we arrive we realised it was very special, a very old converted residence in a very central part of Florence, nice piazza close with great food and shops, could with the highest hotel room I have every stayed in, it is individually themed, and has everything you could need. This was topped off by the most lively and genuine people who cared about you, were very kind and did whatever they could to make you stay and departure as easy as possible.
