Amazing hotel. BOOK IT NOW!!

I honestly can't recommend this hotel enough! If you're staying in Florence, this is the place to book. The location is absolutely perfect, and the hotel itself is such a beautiful boutique style property with so much charm and an amazing atmosphere.
What really made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Irene, the Front Desk Director, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra memorable. Her hospitality really made all the difference.
If you book a massage, definitely ask for Emma. She gave one of the best massages I've ever had and I can't recommend her enough. Every morning at breakfast, David was so attentive, friendly, and always happy to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. And in the evenings, Arman was wonderful. He always made sure we had everything we needed and was always so kind and helpful.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning, the service was exceptional, and every single person we encountered made us feel right at home. It's rare to find a hotel where every staff member genuinely cares about making your stay special.
You really don't need to look anywhere else. If you're visiting Florence, book your stay here. You won't regret it!

Perfection

A truly memorable stay here just before Christmas with my son. A very warm welcome which continued throughout our stay. The rooms are very spacious, well appointed and decorated to a high standard. The toiletries are Diptyque which I’ve never seen a hotel stock previously which felt truly special. We dined in the restaurant each evening and was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service and delicious food.

We throughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Number Nine. The staff went above and beyond to help us with arriving and during our stay. We were new to driving in Italy and the zoning restrictions were definitely difficult at times in getting to our destination but a call to the hotel had us at the entrance and checking in very quickly! Do not hesitate to reach out to them if you are driving. The location was excellent, in the heart of so many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious, so many options and such helpful staff there as well. There is a spa which I did not get to enjoy, but I did enjoy the smell of it when walking by! The room had everything we needed and was spacious for our family of 3 - it was great to have a suite with 1 1/2 bathrooms. Truly the perfect hotel for a small family. Thank you all so much for everything you did for us!!

Amazing spot for exploring Florence - very close to the Duomo with a friendly staff and very nice, spacious rooms. We loved it.
