Property was very nice, my only complaint was communication about the shuttle, I was under the impression that the hotel had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport however they didn’t and we didn’t not get informed of that till day of arrival after pre messages asking more info , it worked out in the end with a taxi

Really terrible stay

I do not recommend staying at this property because it does not offer adequate services and the rooms are a bit dirty. I slept in the second room, the purple one, for one night (luckily) and it was a disappointing experience.
The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything, especially the noise of the door with the pin code. The clogs are broken, there was no bidet and the shower is very small, without glass or sliding curtain, thus causing the bathroom to flood. I found weird stains on the sheet and hair not mine on the pillow, plus a little dirty floor.
The location is discreet, not too far from the old town, and the cleaning lord is very nice and kind.
WARNING the area of the structure is very dangerous being that not far away there is the station and there are dangerous people.

How could he have such good reviews?

The way we saw the room upon our arrival, it did not look the same as the photos. The shower and bathroom walls were probably redone in one or two of the 5 rooms, definitely not in ours, which was consistent with the seniority of the condominium. Our bathroom did not have a bidet and the drain was not in the best condition, in fact it stopped working, to our delight. When the fan was turned on, a terrible smell was oozing or maybe it just made the smell already present in the bath spin.
The view of the outside is distressing. The building and the noises only make it even more disturbing. In the small entrance, which in the photos looks nice and welcoming, boxes and laundry bags are abandoned.
Of course the price range is not among the highest, but it would be worth updating the photos if this is the state of things.
It was clean enough the location is good, but you have to remember that to get to the center you always have to pass through the station area, not really the best.
I don't understand how it could have such good reviews and such a high rating... were we unlucky? Did they give us the room they keep as a backup?
After asking, following the malfunction of the toilet flush, there was discounted part of the tourist tax (we paid 10 instead of 24).

It's not a hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights. But we were surprised because it is not a hotel, it is like an apartment in a building, we did not think we had no reception, it would not have been so much surprise or so much inconvenience to enter if the hostess had given us the key of entry in advance. Thanks to a guest who opened us we were able to enter the apartment, which inside, is shared several rooms where the rest of the guests are. In short, if you have no problem staying like this, then the rest of the information may matter to you.
The location is not bad, it is like 20 minutes walk from the Duomo, 10 minutes you can find a couple of very good restaurant I recommend Pizzeria Trattoria San Jacopino, without needing to go downtown. Bags you want to leave before or after check in or check out stay at the reception desk where everyone can take it. The room was clean, and has everything you need, in my case the shower was detached, I wrote to the hoster to come compose it, but they never came, I think this is the type of problems you can face before this type of accommodation, I have seen another comment with the same problem, bone since then they do not fix it. In the small entrance hall there is always coffee for you to drink, nothing more. Being so small you can hear the bustle of the other rooms very intensely, but not from the street. In short, I didn’t like it, because it weighs more negative things than positive ones, and they should clarify that it is not HOTEL. Hopefully this will help others

Near everything! Enjoyed night life, morning, afternoons! The place is clean, staff amazing! Easy to go arrive. We arrived super late, so did the self check in! Great! Will return!
