Best place for Jewish tourists in Florence

I am referring to Sweet Home Pilastri at 40 via dei Pilastri. Amazing place. Comfortable and spacious. Full kitchen. Washing machine. The owner was available at all times and totally responsive. Superb location especially for Jewish tourists - a minute from kosher restaurants and the Synagogue. And great location for walking to everything Florence has to offer. Highly recommended.

Disappointed by the owner.

The structure is located far from the center; you need to travel 3/4 km by car and leave it at the Coop parking lot, from there take tram T1 for one euro, which takes you to the center in 15 minutes. The room does not offer good value for money; the mattress is too soft, and we found the parquet floor dirty, while the bathroom was clean. It is easy to find parking for free nearby. It is essential to have a car. Upon arrival, I experienced a service issue because the owner had a problem with her phone, so she was not receiving calls, but she did not bother to send a message to find out what had happened to us. Thanks to Booking's intervention, everything was resolved; she called me and was very kind. From the next day, when I told her that I had found the room dirty, she did not even bother to apologize; this is very serious.

Great choice!

On the occasion of a sporting appointment at Pala Wanny we stayed one night at Sweet Home Desiree me and my 14-year-old daughter.
The room was super cute; modern decor, impeccable cleanliness.
Ermal very kind, even accompanied us to the tram stop. Although it is not very close to the center, it is easily reached by public transport.
Great solution for those who want to visit Florence and maybe even enjoy an event at Pala Wanny (less than 5" walk).

A good B&B on the outskirts

B&B near the Florence airport…
The rooms are large and the bathroom is quite large, in my opinion they could use a little better attention to detail.
The staff very kind and welcoming.
The only note noted is the breakfast, which is also important due to the lack of a good bar to reach on foot.
For the rating 3 out of 5 this also has an impact.
