Authentic and rare hospitality: a heartfelt thanks to Mrs Bonanni
With great pleasure, I would like to publicly express my gratitude for the warm Welcoming and the attention given to the customer by Mrs. Bonanni, owner of the hotel.
In my work as a travel agent, which for years has organized stays for groups, I have unfortunately seen how increasingly rare it has become to find facilities capable of offering authentic attention to the guest. Often the painstaking work we do in the agency is frustrated by feedback related to the coldness of the staff or the lack of care in the accommodation facilities.
On the contrary, in Fiuggi, I found an impeccable and humane management. Mrs. Bonanni stood out for the politeness, care and professionalism with which she welcomed every member of the group and constantly related with us in the agency to satisfy every possible request, as far as possible. Every detail has been carefully taken care of: from the reserved rooms, to the quality food, to the welcome surprise of the cake and prosecco on the day of departure and the guided tour of the spa of Boniface VIII.
All this made a difference, and allowed me to live the journey with serenity, knowing that I had entrusted our group to expert and attentive hands.
Thank you very much. We will definitely return for the trips we will make to Fiuggi and its surroundings.

Very pleasant experience
We are a couple from Genzano, Luisa and Roberto, are now more than three years that we stay in this lovely hotel, we wanted to thank the owners, Mrs. Maria and Mr. Amedeo, who besides being very attentive to the customer, have a humanity, difficult to find, to date.
Family atmosphere, pleasant and relaxing, comfortable and clean rooms, good food.
What about the waiters Antonio and Maria! Sympathy and courtesy, with a good dose of empathy, for which a friendly relationship is immediately established.
In total very satisfied, surely we will continue to go to the hotel "Le hydrangeas" for a good dose of relaxation and tranquility.

Hydrangeas of Wonders
My summer stay at the Hydrangeas in Fiuggi was one of the most beautiful experiences of the past 2024. The location of this elegant guesthouse is central but quiet, a short distance from shops, swimming pools and both sources, especially the Anticolana. Reception and customer care characterize a family run sincerely involved. Many other guests I met have been attending the Pension for years, all with equal enthusiasm.
I received great advice from the owner, Mrs. Maria, on tourist attractions even minor to visit in the surroundings and I could thus discover lovely places such as Veroli and Isola del Liri. A final notation concerns the cuisine: perfect, tasty but light, in the best Roman and Ciocian tradition. Attached to the Pension, I also tried the historic trattoria "Viecce a trova", with a rich and refined menu.
In short... I carry with me the memory of a holiday full of suggestions, flavors and smiles. Thank you Hydrangeas ❤️

not bad but nothing special
The location of the hotel is pretty good.
You can walk to the restaurants, cafe' and shops quite easily.
There is a parking in the hotel but also there is no problem to park on the street
in front of the hotel.
The room we stayed was very old and tiny but clean. The shower box was big and new, but the toilet and washbasin were quite old.
Even though the bed was firm and good to sleep, as a whole we didn't like the room at all.
The breakfast was normal. All staff were very friendly but we won't be staying again.
