Fantastic stay

Fantastic stay in Fiuggi!
Spotless hotel and a truly family-like welcome: you feel right at home immediately. The staff pays special attention to everyone and the price-quality ratio is excellent.
We had a wonderful time!
Impeccable cleanliness, owners and staff super helpful and attentive to every detail. They treat you like family.
For the price you pay, you get much more. And the food... excellent, simple, and genuine like at home!
The location is very convenient: you are in the center, near the Bonifacio and Anticolana thermal springs, in a quiet area in front of the Regina Pacis parish. Perfect for disconnecting and relaxing. Highly recommended for those looking for relaxation, good food, and kindness!
We will definitely be back!

Disappointing experience: we will not return.

We stayed at this hotel this summer with our son and the grandparents. The property is in a very central location, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, even if a bit dated. The rooms are spacious, equipped with air conditioning, the cleaning is thorough, and the staff, including the owner, always proved to be kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, however, there are some aspects that made us decide not to return.
The first is the presence of the church right in front of the hotel: religious services are broadcast with loudspeakers several times a day, including funerals. If you wish to spend a moment of relaxation in the hotel's outdoor areas, it is impossible not to listen to the celebrations continuously. Beyond everyone's personal convictions, this greatly affects the tranquility of the stay.
The other big problem was the dining. The lunch and dinner menu seemed very poor and uninviting to us, with little variety and dishes that reminded us more of a cafeteria or a healthcare facility than a hotel. But what struck us most was the rigidity regarding portions: my son was denied an extra onion gratin because "only two were provided," and my 81-year-old mother was refused a third apricot for the same reason. I find it truly unacceptable that a paying customer should feel rationed on side dishes or fruit. Added to this was the fact that two peaches served at the table were rotten and had worms.
Breakfast was also very disappointing: little choice, almost no variety between sweet and savory, mostly packaged products, and an overall sad and insufficient offering.
In conclusion, the property has undoubted strengths in terms of location, cleanliness, and staff courtesy, but the experience related to the dining and portion management was so negative for us that it made us choose not to return.

Exceptional value for money. Struttra of the 30s kept very well. Excellent cleanliness. Strategic location that allows you to walk to the sources and the center. Great professionalism and availability of the Owner and Reception.

Short break from Thursday to Sunday. With friends, the hotel is spacious even in the common areas, a stay to be repeated!!

Excellent food, diversified meals if you have special needs, welcoming environment, quiet rooms, the staff satisfied all requests... we will definitely be back! Highly recommended for those seeking rest in a cool place not far from Rome.

No stress

Consiglio a tutti l'hotel reale, siamo stati benissimo, ottima ospitalità. Ampi e comodi spazi comuni. La camera completamente ristrutturata con balconcino, luminosa e con aria condizionata. Massima pulizia.La cucina favolosa con vera dieta mediterranea. La proprietaria gentilissima, attenta a tutto. Torneremo sicuramente perché questa è la vera vacanza senza stress!
