MAMACO PAMPERS YOU!!
Recently I was down to visit some friends from Foggia who invited us to repatriate. We thought we would spend a different relaxing day and be pampered by the hospitality professionals, and you have to say that Mamaco in this was phenomenal.
The chic and modern decor has been able to wrap us in a unique and relaxing atmosphere, and the careful attention to cleanliness made us feel like saying.... at HOME, like when you host someone and you find everything clean neat and pampered.
MAMACO pampers you and makes you live an unforgettable experience.
I particularly want to recommend it because Foggia deserves to be considered also for hospitality, this guest house is proof.

Disappointing experience: 180€ surcharge for a service not used
I stayed at this property with my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, paying 250€ for a room with Jacuzzi (about 180€ more than the standard rate of 70€). Unfortunately, the experience was bad and very far from expectations.
The main problem was the malfunction of the tub: after a few minutes the water became cold, making the main service (for which we had chosen and paid the facility) completely unusable. Despite our attempts to make the whirlpool work, we remained in the cold. Luckily, my girlfriend and I always find a way to be good together and we didn't get put down, but objectively the evening went very badly because of the disservice.
The post-stay management was even more disappointing:
1. Poor assistance: The property denied the evidence based on "remote monitoring", ignoring the real discomfort experienced in the room.
2. Unequal solution: I was only offered a 50€ voucher for a future stay. Basically, I was still asked to pay 200€ for a service not received, forcing me to return to them.
3. Total closure: To my request for an honest partial refund (100€) to cover at least part of the surcharge paid unnecessarily, they stopped responding.
I would like to clarify that I write this review not for revenge, but exclusively for transparency and to avoid that other couples find themselves in the same situation as us during an important event. It is a shame that a facility would rather ignore a customer than admit to a technical failure and refund the fee paid for a service never provided. Not recommended for special occasions.

Hot tub not working
5 nights stay in Foggia from 26 to 31 December 2025, structure chosen for the presence of the Jacuzzi. Modern and clean structure, but the tub was not usable due to the total absence of hot water. Unfortunately, our stay was compromised by this disservice.
Despite immediate notification on the day of arrival (26 December), the bath was not usable for almost the entire stay. We contacted the property several times by phone, but the problem was not resolved. No one came to check the tub during the stay, despite our reports.
The information we received over the phone turned out to be incorrect: we were told that the water would heat up once it was filled, which never happened.
Only shortly before check-out was a technician sent, when it was already too late to use the service. The intervention was therefore useless.
During the stay and thereafter, the handling of the problem did not give priority to the customer.
The promised service was not usable, negatively affecting the overall experience.
Too bad, because the facility has potential, but the handling of the issue and customer support was disappointing.

I spent a relaxing weekend with my wife, Mamaco guest house left us really breathless! The aesthetic taste is excellent, as is the cleanliness!
All very nice and friendly and helpful staff.
Foggia is a very nice city, perhaps too underestimated but I must say that this beautiful accommodation contributes to give it the right tone!
We wanted to be a little pampered and here we felt just like that!

MAMACO an extraordinary REVELATION!
Last month, together with some of my friends we stayed in this guest house, I can say that we had a great time. we discovered it a bit by accident, but it far exceeded all our expectations!
The first thing that stands out is definitely the beauty of the rooms, really a refined and rare furniture for such facilities, then the cleanliness was evident and tangible as well as the feeling of relaxation that was felt standing there ..
I do not know how to make the idea, but we really felt at ease, it must have been the comfort of the accommodation that bewitched us .. to be redone as soon as possible!! Maybe in spring, so you can also take advantage of the beautiful weather to take a cultural tour of the city and enjoy the sea
