Within the norm
I had a spaghetti allo scoglio. Unfortunately, it was tasteless, and I have the feeling that most of the products were frozen. This impression was confirmed by the fried shrimp and calamari. I checked the menu to see if it was specified, but nothing was mentioned. I have my doubts that they were fresh, but I could also be mistaken.
On the other hand, the sautéed mussels and clams were very good.
If I were to return, I would probably order land dishes. Neither good nor bad.

Do you know how it ended?

abbiamo letto con attenzione la Sua recensione e, pur comprendendo che la serata possa non aver rispecchiato pienamente le Sue aspettative, riteniamo necessario risponderLe in modo chiaro e professionale.
Accettiamo sempre le critiche costruttive, perché ci aiutano a migliorare. Tuttavia, esiste un confine molto sottile tra una recensione critica e affermazioni che rischiano di diventare diffamatorie nei confronti di una struttura e, soprattutto, delle persone che vi lavorano con impegno e correttezza. L’utilizzo di termini come “indecenti” rivolto indistintamente a tutti — proprietà e collaboratori — è un’espressione che riteniamo eccessiva e non aderente alla realtà dei fatti.
In merito alla sala, la decisione organizzativa è stata presa insieme a voi considerando che una sala di oltre 400 mq, per il numero di invitati previsto, sarebbe risultata dispersiva e poco adatta alla tipologia di festa richiesta. L’obiettivo era creare un ambiente più raccolto e conviviale, non certo penalizzare l’evento. Ci dispiace che questa scelta non sia stata da Lei apprezzata, ma respingiamo con fermezza l’idea che vi sia stata mala fede o volontà di “inventare scuse”.
Durante la serata, i piatti sono rientrati vuoti (in gergo e stata fatta la scarpetta) e diversi ospiti a fine evento hanno espresso apprezzamento sia per il servizio sia per le pietanze. Anche sul rapporto qualità/prezzo Le ricordiamo che, a fine evento, Le è stato applicato uno sconto. I bagni e la struttura vengono puliti e controllati con attenzione quotidiana.
Ci permettiamo inoltre di evidenziare che nella Sua recensione vengono contestati aspetti quali Qualità/prezzo, Stanze, Posizione, Pulizia, Servizio e Qualità del sonno. Tuttavia, Lei non ha soggiornato presso il nostro hotel e quindi non può esprimere un giudizio sulla qualità del sonno o sulle camere. La posizione della struttura Le era nota al momento della prenotazione dell’evento. Se il Suo disappunto riguarda esclusivamente la sala, riteniamo corretto limitare la valutazione a quell’aspetto, senza estenderla ad ambiti di cui non ha esperienza diretta.
Ci lascia inoltre perplessi la Sua ostinazione nel sollecitare altre 12 persone a pubblicare la medesima recensione con quasi identico contenuto appunto per creare un danno. In termini giuridici, un’azione coordinata di questo tipo può assumere profili molto delicati. Finché i toni rimangono civili, siamo sempre disponibili al confronto; diversamente, saremo costretti a tutelare la nostra immagine e quella dei nostri dipendenti nelle sedi opportune.
Ci permettiamo anche una riflessione: quando è venuto in struttura per sistemare le bomboniere, posizionandole vicino al tavolo imperiale dove poi sono state servite le pietanze, da perte vostra non è stata sollevata alcuna obiezione. Se vi fossero stati dubbi o perplessità, sarebbe stato il momento ideale per chiarirli insieme.
La invitiamo pertanto a contenere i toni nei limiti del buon senso e a riformulare eventualmente la Sua opinione in modo più obiettivo e proporzionato ai fatti, evitando generalizzazioni che colpiscono persone che non hanno alcuna responsabilità diretta rispetto al Suo malcontento.
Restiamo disponibili ad un confronto civile e costruttivo, ma respingiamo con fermezza accuse e definizioni che riteniamo ingiuste e lesive.
