Great neighborhood hotel. Felt safe and has neat balconies and very close to the sea at a low cost.

Feces in the bidet

Unfortunately, alas, it is not my habit to write reviews, but what happened is truly unacceptable and disgusting, as well as a health risk; we booked at 2 in the morning after fleeing from a dirty apartment that had condom wrappers under the bed. Given the time, we threw ourselves into bed dead tired, and only in the morning, while I bent down to pick up the towel that had fallen from the bathroom sink, did I see a brown smear (feces) in the bidet; I immediately went to report it to the reception, where they sent up the cleaning lady who removed it with a bit of paper and a spray bottle. All this without even getting at least a partial refund for what happened, but only a "we are sorry." I must premise that we are not here for a leisure vacation but for my 2-year-old son's treatments at Gaslini, so finding ourselves in such a hygienic and sanitary situation is unacceptable.

Good 3 stars

Hotel 2 steps from the seafront of Genoa, easy access internal parking. Nice reception but a little to renew. Friendly and helpful reception staff.
renovated rooms, large enough, missing the luggage rack and there is only one bottle of water available in the minibar. Valid breakfast with a good Ligurian focaccia, maybe missing some seeds, like walnuts, almonds etc etc.
Anyway, all in all, you're fine.

Gentilissimo ospite, La ringraziamo per il Suo commento positivo. Siamo lieti di sapere che abbia apprezzato la cordialità del nostro personale, le nostre camere rinnovate e la colazione con focaccia genovese. Ci teniamo soltanto a precisare che le bottigliette d'acqua in camera (1 bottiglietta a pax) sono in omaggio. Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente per un altro piacevole soggiorno a Genova. Good experience

Pleasant stay, great Price quality ratio hotel. Nice room equipped with the necessary. Friendly and helpful staff in front of any request for information including tourist. In the bathroom courtesy set I really enjoyed the intimate soap. A fundamental element is the possibility of being able to park inside the structure, which is very important in a city like Genoa, with a modest number of parking lots. Distance from the center can be overcome thanks to the excellent urban transport system. I recommend taking bus 15, get to Brignole station and from there reach every place in the city.

Ants in the room, shower and on the bed

Arrived on Saturday 21 at 18:00, as soon as we arrived in the room we noticed ants walking on the desk, the young lady came on tito to bring us the box for ants and ant spray. When we got back at 24:00 we called the doorman because we had ants on the bed, shower and behind the skirting board. Desperate we asked for another room that they did not give us and not even arranged elsewhere to apologize for the inconvenience. The doorman came to the room to clean and kill the ants and clean under the bed because dirty. Of course at night we did not sleep because of the bad smell of the spray and the terror of them getting on the bed again. The next morning the staff did not even have the kindness to refund us. I have photos and videos of the ants ... The hotel does not do prevention or extermination because from what the staff said had happened in other rooms not only ours.

Buonasera,
mi scuso per l'inconveniente. Mi sono confrontata con i miei collaboratori, so che si sono prontamente adoperati, come del resto Lei conferma, per risolvere il problema. Purtroppo nel periodo estivo è facile che le formiche vengano attirate dal cibo. L'hotel proprio per prevenire questi disagi si avvale di un contratto di manutenzione con la ditta "Gruppo Indaco". Inoltre confermo che non è stato possibile effettuare un cambio camera perché l'hotel era al completo. Mi auguro che, in una Sua possibile futura visita a Genova, mi dia la possibilità di esprimere personalmente il mio rammarico.
