Worry-free travel.

As per the agreements made via email, they were absolutely perfect. No problems, room in excellent condition and clean, great breakfast, tickets and various reservations all as agreed, and the same goes for parking. The quality-price ratio is very advantageous for the customer. If they had also had a restaurant inside, I would have gladly dined there.

Trip to Genoa

I stayed at the La Superba hotel during the June 2nd holiday. Located in the port area, a 5-minute walk from the Genoa aquarium, in a very multicultural area.
The hotel is well-kept, the rooms are nice, but do not go to the 4th floor, because it gets too hot. My friends' room on the first floor was very nice and spacious, while mine on the 4th was very spacious but too hot, and the air conditioning could not cool it down. In the room, after a whole day with the air conditioning on, we returned to find it at 27 degrees.
Another drawback was that it did not have blackout curtains, so at 4:30, light started coming in. We partially solved this with our beach towels hung in the windows, because when we pointed it out, they replied that they did not have blackout curtains for that room.
The breakfast was average, although a bit more variety would not have been bad.
The dining room is small, so if you arrive at peak times, you have to wait for someone to get up to sit down.

Great choice for me and my son. Location very close to the aquarium of Genoa (10 minutes walk).
Friendly and kind staff.
Nice and clean environment. The room very cozy, spacious and clean. Well organized and clean bathroom. Pretty quiet room.

Okay, but there's work to be done.

The hotel is near the port of Genoa. It's hard enough to reach him because he's off the main road. There is no free parking; the nearest (and paying) is in a place difficult to reach for the tourist, that is, without the help of the hotel staff, it unfortunately CANNOT BE FOUND.
We were received well and kindly. Tipped how to get to the city's attractions and explained where best to go. The floor can be reached with either an elevator or a staircase. There is a spring with drinking water in the hallway and if you wish you can go out and collect water. The room was clean, meeting basic needs and price. However, there is a nuance that I would like to express - the absence of any locker. Tall shelving and bedside tables are the only storage equipment. For people who are short, that can be a problem.
Glad that the room is equipped with soundproofing and therefore the LOUD noises coming from outside are not heard! Breakfast pleased us, there is a small variety of sweet and salty pastries, yogurt, two kinds of juice and meat cuts. It's modest, but it's presented beautifully and neatly. It was a pleasant surprise to have a bar, not a coffee machine. We loved it.
