Great position and stunning view
I stayed in a 1st floor 1 bed apt in Marineledda for 4 nights, for Business.
June is not the busiest month ever so I did enjoy the peace and quiet of a corner of paradise.
The balcony was just above the main square with stunning view on the sea and beach front.
The apt is cosy and has got everything you need to enjoy the Sardinian holiday.
The bedroom has 1 king size bed, in the living there is another pull out sofa bed. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Restaurant with à la carte menu or Pizzeria is just few steps away.
Francesco, the person who welcomed me and managed check in and check out was kind, professional and of great help.
When I saw Esther on the ground due to a air conditioning system malfunctioning, he sent straight away the technician and everything was sorted in few hours. Same with WiFi network not working at same stage, he found another solution in no time.
Thank so much Francesco.
I believe there are few things to improve in the unit: equipment them with mosquito net otherwise you will end up (as I did) to fight with mosquitos at night time. Secondly, leave some shower gel in the bathroom for the guest together with a roll of napkins as bare minimum.
The sofa bed is quite old. Maybe changing with a new one would allow a better experience for all the guests.
Car parking. Even if the unit has got an assigned spot just beside the unit, in reality there is NEVER space and the lines on the ground are so narrow that you are afraid to park in order to avoid to scratch your car, especially if is a rented one.
Other than that, I had a fantastic stay.

Terrible, the apartments are old and not working, the agency demands advance payment precisely because the homes are disgusting. They never send you photos before booking

Misleading advertising by love holidays
Bloods boiling! Booked through love holidays for a week in early October. Read ghe online advert that said accommodation with a pool and restaurants and cafes listed in the hotel facilities. Found out from another source that the pool closes on 30th September as does most of the bars cafes etc!! I also found out that they expect you to pay 80 euros for gas and 50 euros for electric per week! Therefore I cancelled as I'm not paying to stay somewhere that is basically closed and over a mile to the nearest alternative facilities.

What a disappointment, ruined holiday!!!
Dilapidated house, not in compliance with safety standards, mezzanine and staircase without protections, old furniture, broken kitchen and bathroom cabinets, dirty and encrusted crockery, in short, disgusting!! It's a shame that a completely different type of apartment was described on the site, what a shame!!!
