A haven of peace and relaxation in the green heart of Umbria
We spent a few days at this farm and the experience was just wonderful! The structure is immersed in the green hills of Umbria, with a breathtaking view and an atmosphere of absolute relaxation. The rooms are cozy, clean and tastefully decorated, in full respect of the rustic style typical of the area.
Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh produce, homemade cakes, homemade jams and local cheeses, all genuine and delicious. Lunch and dinner were also exceptional, with traditional Umbrian dishes cooked with 0 km ingredients and served with great courtesy.
The staff was very kind, always helpful and attentive to detail, making us feel at home.
An authentic place to find peace, nature and good food. We recommend it without hesitation.
Experience to be repeated absolutely as soon as possible!

OUT OF PLACE ALTIMETER AND LEAN CATS
Asked specifically at what height it was of the 516 meters of the municipality of Gualdo Cattaneo we found only 404 , and in August the thing is not indifferent. The Fienile studio consists of a room almost entirely occupied by the bed , poor lighting, and a kitchen with an additional open sofa bed that prevents movement. This second bed is completely devoid of light point, so you need to get up for on/out. Air conditioning present only in the first room. But the most sore note, in a context however valuable thanks to the Umbrian hills although mortified by mule tracks not unlike those of today's Gaza is the breakfast that in the three days we enjoyed, was studded with a decreasing service so much so that the fourth we preferred an excellent highway on Perugia -Orte with bartender-singer.
The first day there was a failure on the electronic coffee maker with online call to the supplier, the second we surprised the owners who at 9 had not yet set anything and the third instead of the pecorino only thing we enjoyed we found four thin incelofanate, which you would never expect from a farm that according to the host would have delighted us. Bread increasingly hard from the transition from the first to the third day. Ham certainly not of quality but with quantities that you were ashamed to take the second transparent slice that you left the other guests to fast On the fourth day almost half an hour of waiting for Mr Andrea's Musk-Mobile evidently caught in his sleep for the second time and this time we just wanted to pay the 520 EUR + 1.2 tourist tax, without having breakfast. Between the terrible and unsatisfactory I attach small details in photos that maybe Mr. Andrea escape + a beautiful sunrise, the most intriguing moment of the place that deserves a nice coffee maybe Neapolitan and not so much narrowness. Even the cats seemed hungry so much so that we took care of them. It is better than in Gaza to acknowledge it. We were not bombed, in fact we were honored with a strawberry grape jam

Great country hotel
Lovely country setting, well located for visiting Assisi, Orvieto, local wineries. etc. The restaurant is amazing- excellent breakfast and world class dinners in a family friendly setting. The staff are also amazing. The rooms are a bit rustic but comfortable and most have a kitchenette. Nice pool if you just want to relax and have a "down day" on your tours! Highly recommendec!

Beautiful
We spent a weekend in this beautiful property near Todi, we were very happy, the rooms are beautiful, the structure is beautiful and the staff is really kind and helpful for every need, the swimming pool and the restaurant are beautiful, I highly recommend a weekend in this structure

Agriturismo has it all.
The Agriturismo located between olive groves and grape vines lies just a couple of km from San Terenziano. The grounds were spacious and welcoming. Andrea, the host, spoke fluent English, and the entire staff communicated with ease. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was a hit with the kids. The complete breakfast was a hit with the adults. Lunch and dinner were easy to order on the premises and very tasty to boot! This is a great option for families and groups looking to stay in a single building. The price was very reasonable for our stay.
