Excellent location but the facility and services need improvements.
Unfortunately, the positive aspects stop here, as the overall experience turned out to be below expectations for a three-star hotel.
Management and Communication: Despite the professionalism of the staff, one notices an attitude from management that is sometimes inappropriate, with raised voices in front of guests and methods of confrontation that are not always adequate. The owner is often too intrusive toward the clientele, limiting the sense of tranquility and privacy during the stay. Furthermore, it would have been a basic gesture of grace and courtesy to greet guests upon their departure. Finally, despite the constant presence of international clientele, knowledge of the English language within the facility appears very limited, creating obvious communication difficulties.
Dining: The quality of the cuisine is inconsistent. Side dishes are missing from the main courses and the appetizer buffet makes excessive use of packaged or canned products. Breakfast is extremely basic but it fills your stomach. Unfortunately for breakfast lovers, it must be specified that cappuccino, coffee, etc. are strictly dispensed from a machine that serves powdered milk.
Rooms, Bathrooms and Livability: The facility is very dated and recent modernization efforts appear superficial. The livability of the rooms is severely compromised by structural, acoustic, and olfactory problems, namely:
Odors: The kitchen ventilation/exhaust system is inadequate: when the stove is in use, strong cooking odors rise directly into the rooms, making the environment unpleasant to live in.
Spaces and Hygiene: The toilet is positioned so close to the front wall that it makes it uncomfortable to use. The shower is located right next to the window, resulting in the presence of mold on the shutter cord due to the humidity.
Insulation and Soundproofing: The wooden window frames with single glazing do not guarantee adequate thermal and acoustic insulation. Internal soundproofing is almost non-existent: from the bathrooms, every noise coming from the adjacent rooms can be clearly heard.
Maintenance and Emergency Management: In case of rain, the window frames do not provide a seal, and water leaks force guests to have to take care of cleaning the room themselves.
In conclusion: The potential of the location and the cheerfulness of the staff are not enough to compensate for the structural deficiencies and a level of customer service from management that is definitely in need of improvement. Compared to the standards of the category in the same area, the stay did not live up to expectations... for those with children? Perhaps it is better to look elsewhere, as the loud noises are not welcome.

Abominable.
On the second morning at breakfast, we are confronted by the owner (the same one mentioned at the beginning) and his wife because we left food over the night before. An omelet made for the children that is nothing short of inedible, made to compensate for the lack of food ordered the night before. The wife accuses us of not having eaten out of spite; she also accuses us of arriving late (we were within the dinner time) and yes, because I do not make the children go hungry out of spite to them....
The tattooed owner comes up to me face to face, telling me that he is no one's slave! All of this in front of 3 children!
We decide to pack our bags and leave, obviously without a single cent in refund after they immediately wanted the full payment upon our arrival; now I understand why.
I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Matteo e suo papà molto disponibili e gentili. Consigliamo questo hotel a tutti coloro che vogliono un hotel comodo e che si mangia bene .
