Not up to scratch
Hotel expensive compared to data services. Small room. Not heated. We got an electric heater!
Bathroom with Jacuzzi. Very deep and inserted in the attic with low roof. You had to climb over and it wasn't agile at all. Almost impossible to wash like this. Towels removed in the morning and not returned clean, as well as soap.
Pretty poor breakfast.
The owner, evidently aware of the limitations of the structure in winter, tried to lighten the inconvenience as best he could.

Very disappointing
The reception was not very friendly. Upon our arrival at 10:30 we were quite rudely advised that check-in was only possible from 14:00. When asked if we were allowed to park the car, was initially dismissive, although several places were available. Only after some back and forth were we allowed to stay. When we got back at 13:45, we were told that it was usually only possible to check in from 15:00 and it would be “exceptionally” from 14:00 – very contradictory. (although on the homepage 14:00 was stated as regular). They kept us waiting until 2:00 p.m. sharp.
The room itself was solala, but without balcony or clothes rack. With beach utensils, you just didn't know where to go.
Breakfast was disappointing: apart from some watermelon, there were mostly ready-made cakes, croissants, sausages and cheeses – little choice overall and hardly any fresh produce.
Bicycles could be rented, but for 3 € per person – which doesn’t exactly seem customer-friendly. In the hotel corridor stood a broken washing machine and old loungers around, which made a little well-kept impression. Even small things like an ashtray not emptied for days right at the entrance have bothered.
Particularly problematic: The hotel is right next to a live bar that is open until 3:00 a.m. Before 1:00–2:00 at night, it was hard to think of sleep.
All in all, we can not recommend this hotel.

Bad experience
Shameful. On the verge of paying at the end of our stay, WE WERE OFFENDED AS WOMEN AND PHYSICALLY AND SENT SEVERAL TIMES TO F**** BY THE HOTEL OWNER!!! THE SCENE WAS REALLY BAD TASTE!! AND UNDESERVED: I asked what the amount presented to us was due to. Fair question. From there, a nightmare: I spoke quietly and the hotel owner, instead of providing the requested information, began to rail against us. HE OFFENDED WITH SEXIST EXPRESSIONS AND MISOGYNYNE AT WILL; All in FRONT OF MY 3 AND A HALF YEAR OLD GRANDSON!
Contrary to the previous arrangements made with him, we also paid for the second dinner not consumed.
STARTING FROM THE BEGINNING, we booked to stay a few days in this hotel. As soon as we arrived, having not yet seen the room and talked about other useful information for the stay, the owner immediately asked us to settle the total bill. It has never happened to me except in this context. (We finally paid at the end of the stay as usual). Sure is that the owner was afraid of losing money. It probably happened with other people who were disappointed with their stay there.
However, the entrance to the Hotel did not already presage much good: cold and consisting of a passage with a front gate (probably the shop at the base of the building was formerly the lobby / dining room of the hotel).
As soon as we saw the room, we noticed that it was very small. By arrangement it should have been a triple! We were then given a cot that occupied almost the entire floor area of the room. In addition, there were no power outlets (only 1 outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer, and the top one for the wall TV). The one for the fridge was in indecent condition (with burnt parts) and without German socket adapter. The shower towel in the bathroom was only 1 when we were 3. The double bed actually were 2 singles attached with a hole in the middle of 10 cm. No bidet in the bathroom. No conveniences such as hanging clothes or something on which to lay towels or wet clothing.
There is no microwave in the breakfast room: with very small children, who live on milk, it would have been essential to have the opportunity to heat it (in autonomy). The hotel staff was not available to heat it more than 2 times in 2 days.
I would add that the whirlpool mentioned in the hotel presentation site is a FAKE: it is very small and not in operation. We were told it was bad weather (lasted 1 day) but others could never use it before or after. The deckchairs of the "solarium" are partly smashed in and the cushions continue to slide down because the rubber bands no longer hold.
I think I was quite exhaustive: for me the behavior of this person was really reprehensible. It is shameful that there are people who believe they can disrespect fair customers and women by offending and discrediting them for no reason!

Mediocre place for Lido di Jesolo.
Small room, small bathroom, small shower, big bed, erratic internet, average breakfast (new Lavazza coffee machine was nice), friendly staff. Not really great value for money, but in high season you can't be chosey.
I've stayed in more than fifty different hotels and apartments in Jesolo, this hotel is okay among them.

Underground! A dump is more hygienic!
Initially locked, despite reservation. Only when called was it opened. There was mold everywhere in the room, it smelled of old cellar vaults, and there were several assholes running through the room. In addition, hair of people who are no longer alive lay not only on the floor but also in bed. TV broken. The balcony was covered with pigeon droppings. The moisture ran down the walls. Shower moldy. No room service and toilet paper and fresh towels only on demand.
