Brilliant little apartment just across from the main hotel.
We were left a very useful little welcome pack.
Everything you needed for a very nice stay.

Noisy and Unpleasant Staff

We had an executive room so 1 double bedroom with ensuite and double sofa bed in kitchen/diner and additional bathroom. Very nicely decorated, lovely bathroom products provided and ingredients left in kitchen for first meal. Very comfortable and nice however our room was beside the lift shaft so all morning and all night up to about midnight you could hear it going. Also music speaker outside the window from a local shop that went until about 11pm. Also very loud. So despite comfortable and nicely decorated rooms it was very noisy and difficult to sleep.
Not ski in/ out but over the road. Spa area very expensive, €30 per person. We also found hotel reception staff very rude and unpleasant to deal with.
Ski area is huge. Local restaurants and slope side cafés really lovely but you have to book if sit down lunch and dinner.

Great trip, good budget option for the solo parent.

Lovely apartments, clean and modern. I am particularly fussy when it comes to cleanliness and was so relieved when we arrived. The apartments had just about everything we needed. Other guests complaining about the temperature of the rooms turn the thermostat down and open the windows. Simple. I asked for a south facing room and we got exactly that with a great view of the slopes. I was travelling solo with my 3 children age 6, 9 and 11 and found it very easy to get around and everything was close to hand such as shops, deli, restaurants, lifts, ski school. My only gripe was that after booking the hotel put up the prices for the pool. €15 for me would have been grand as the kids would have been free, but then we were advised that for children under 12 the cost is now €9 each. So it cost us €41 to use the pool (we bought our own hats, towels and flip flops). They clearly don't want us apartment peasants using the leisure centre! That said, I will probably book the apartments again for next year as it was very easy to self cater, it was great having the apartment facilities & it still works out a LOT cheaper than the half board hotel package that includes free pool use even when factoring in food etc for the week. Also to mention the brilliant TH Land club which is essential for the single parent! I used it twice for my younger two in the afternoon. It cost €7 for each child from 2-5pm. They watched a movie and had popcorn and hot chocolate and I got to ski a little more with my older son. The option was there for whole day care including ski school drop, pick up and lunch though if needed. Staff seemed nice, just pity the club is in a remote windowless area of the hotel. Solo parents considering this resort as an option please feel free to DM me any more questions!

Awesome Apartments

This is an excellent complex for those who are looking for great skiing in the beautiful Alps. This complex has a mix of Hotel Rooms & Apartments.
The complex boasts great Apre Ski facilities with spa, swimming pool & restaurants to visit.
The staff were very friendly & helpful throughout our stay.
We were located within an apartment and it did not disappoint, we had two excellent bedrooms & bathrooms, a kitchen area and finally a nice living area. The apartment was located at the bottom of slopes, 1 minute away from the Ski school. The location was incredible (minus the loud music in the evenings). The apartment was clean, well maintained and it was lovely to receive a box with fresh pasta & vegetables to cook. The room was warm & the water temperature in the showers was excellent.
The complex was approximately 2 hours from Turn Airport & is perfectly located for the Pistes.
I would certainly recommend using this complex.

An overall great stay. Location couldnt be better and apartment was very comfortable. Only thing i recommend is to provide more bin bags and dish soap :)
