Great experience

We stayed two nights in a standard double room with breakfast at a good rate. Very nice and spacious room we enjoyed the cleanliness. Probably to review the maintenance, because I noticed one that moved a bit the marble shelf under the window, but otherwise good level. First special mention to the fantastic garden complete with swimming pool and tables for breakfast or stop during the day. In the center there is a fountain and well-kept plants. Second special mention to the breakfast, provided with many types of plum cake of different tastes, various croissants and bread and also different savory proposals (eggs, cheese, ham) and especially coffee served from the bar instead of the fateful machines. For me to re-evaluate the other reviews!

let's say it was exhausting to receive what we had booked

reservation on May 2, 2025, but with an option for a room with a terrace overlooking the sea; if it were not so, they respond to me certainly, and so I make a deposit transfer. This hotel belongs to a group called BLUE HOTELS. Additionally, I personally went in June to confirm the room with air conditioning, sea view, and balcony. The lady at the reception, when I requested to see the room, responded that it was not possible. This seemed strange to me, so I began to send emails confirming the room with a sea view and balcony. 10 days before, I call to find out if everything is as per my request. They respond that they do not know if the room has a balcony or not. I really start calling the sales department of BLUE HOTELS repeatedly, and they tell me that not all rooms on the site have a balcony. MY INITIAL REQUEST FROM MAY 2, WRITTEN, was either with a balcony or nothing.
Okay, I manage to get everything, after 3 days on the 5th floor without air conditioning because it was broken, absurd. Changing rooms was a real hassle, the rooms remained dirty until late morning, and upon urgent request, they were cleaned.
The food was excellent, and according to my mother, it was a nice Ferragosto celebration.
If they changed some things, it would be a good hotel.

We booked for two nights but because we didn't show up until the 2nd night (it was already paid for) our room was given away??? We got a different one but i still don't understand that. There were no holidays the day we were there but there were fireworks all night and children screaming until about 1am so don't expect to get any sleep. This was really rough with a very early flight. Also heard dishes clattering for HOURS, dinner was only from 7:30pm-9pm so that was kind of wild hearing it all night. Fine if its the only option and you are a heavy sleeper but don't really reccomend it.

I book a quen size bed and I got 3 small bed,I'm 6 ft 250 lb and when I complain the receptionist just give me the sholder up and told me all sold out.
I sleep with my feet on the floor.
NO AC only a celing fan and turn the light on the shut down the fan
All floor smelling smoke even a sign was up on the wall,POOR staff management
Shower towel you can take the paint of the wall,like sand paper.and paid $140.00
Never again stay away.
