A fine hotel

Very clean room and pleasant hotel. Owner did everything to please the guests.
The bike could be safely inside.
The breakfast was typically Italian; lots of sweets (I like that very much, so no problem).
Fortunately, traffic on the busy road on which the hotel is located is almost absent at night.
Also nice: a very good restaurant a kilometer away.

Survivor

If you are looking for an authentic survival experience, this is the hotel for you.
The room offers an interesting thematic journey dedicated to decay: mold on the walls, dirty walls, and a shower stall so filthy that it makes you long for the showers at rest stops. The absence of air conditioning also guarantees a permanent tropical experience, made even more immersive by the complete lack of screens, allowing you to share the room with a large colony of insects.
The minimalist choice regarding the electrical system is particularly commendable: only one outlet for the entire room. A true invitation to reflect on your priorities and decide which device deserves to be charged.
Overall, more than a stay, it was a test of endurance. If the goal was to make me long to return home, mission accomplished.

A pleasant surprise

We stayed at this hotel to visit the Soratte bunker. It was truly a wonderful experience. The owner is very kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is ample free parking. The Italian breakfast is excellent, featuring all artisanal products.
The strategic location allows you to visit many interesting places in a short time. To keep in mind.

Great place to stay

Parmanza excellent. Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast included in the price plentiful and with plenty of choice.
I highly recommend this the hotel.
