The listing states that guests have access to a nearby swimming pool, but the pool is not nearby at all. It is located at their sister hotel approximately two kilometres away, outside the town. In practice, reaching it is highly inconvenient without taking a taxi.
We specifically chose—and paid more for—this apartment because the listing gave the impression that a swimming pool was available at or very close to the property. That is not the case. Had this been clearly disclosed, we would have chosen a significantly cheaper accommodation instead.
We consider the description highly misleading and feel completely deceived by the way the pool facility was presented. In our experience, this is a tourist trap designed to justify a higher rental price by advertising access to a pool that is neither on-site nor reasonably nearby.

after improvement of the problems - gladly again
- a dirty, unusable baby bed
- a bedroom that smelled extremely of cigarette smoke
- a private parking space that was always being used
- party noise from neighbours in the building
- no hairdryer, no washing machine
Absolutely no complaints management "that can happen."
No willingness to compromise and then an email "we look forward to seeing you again"
we liked:
- the location (virtually in the middle of things, theoretically quiet (if neighbours aren't partying))
- large, bright apartment
- the theoretically private parking space

Välstädat och rent. Bästa sängen under denna semester (3 veckor i 7 länder), otroligt sköna täcken.
Tvättmaskinen tog väldigt lång tid på sig (cirka 3 timmar) så det kan vara värt att veta om man vill hinna tvätta.
