The location was excellent. We were able to walk to the beach which was only a few minutes away. Andrea had bikes that we could borrow which allowed us to ride the bikes to Gardaland. We arrived in under 10 minutes. The room was as described in the photos and breakfast was a nice addition. I would definitely stay there again.

Hidden Beauty above Lake Garda

This place is a gem. Bellisimo! Andrea is so kind and an interesting host. He and I chatted on the property watching the sunset. It was a very special place, and has a wonderful vibe. The house has been renovated, and is rustic and filled with artwork. Eclectic to say the least, but filled with history and love. The premises are beautiful and quiet, with old lime wood trees, sprawling lavender, and a field of olive trees, flowers and the long driveway, and outdoor seating in the shade. Carport parking keeps the vehicles cool and protected. I slept well in a huge bed, and the clean bathroom was perfect. The breakfast was wonderfully arranged with plenty of savory and sweet things, many regional. Andrea went to town to get me fresh brioche, as I was the only guest that night. I should have stayed longer, but was just passing through. He sells lavender oil which is worth every cent. I managed to stroll down to the lake the 300 meters, well worth it for the view and promenade. The ferries stop right there, making his a perfect spot to go exploring on Lake Garda. Definitely a jewel among a lot of very touristy places in the area. I highly recommend it, it's a great value and an authentic experience!

A very cozy and cute villa. The owner of the villa was very kind and helpful. We loved the experience and it was great way to get to know Italian culture better. We loved our breakfast outside on the balcony

Total disappointment

The B&B I stayed in was a total disappointment. Cleanliness was non-existent, I noticed dirt everywhere and the presence of dogs roaming freely around the facility only made the situation worse.
The staff was rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was unhygienically organized, without single portions and to make matters worse, the staff entered my room in my absence, violating my privacy. I highly recommend this place.

Una recensione purtroppo inutile e sterile poiché non rispecchia la verità a meno che gli altri clienti siano dei deficienti e solo voi abbiate ragione, ma ne dubito !!
Vi è stata data la possibilità di scegliere fra due camere e voi avete scelto quella più frigida che vi avevo sconsigliato;
le temperature delle camere sono normalmente a 20° è normale che un termoconvettore giunto a temperatura richiesta vada in stedby;
per quanto riguarda il bagnoschiuma come vi era stato detto e avete usato lo trovavate sul tavolino fuori dalla camera.
Tutto è andato bene fino a quando alla mattina a colazione mi avete fatto una richiesta se potevate lasciare la macchina nel mio parcheggio per tutto il giorno di domenica e purtroppo alla mia risposta di impossibilità poiché non sarei stato a casa vi siete offesi e visibilmente risentiti , allora ripeto prima di scrivere delle recensioni inutili e sterili dovreste essere più corretti e veritieri , grazie

I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, the quietness around and the lavanda smell.
Great location, good breakfast, nice view and Andrea always present to help with info or everything you need.
We highly recommend B@B La Familia!
