Good stay near Lake Garda

When arriving we realized there was no reception desk as would be in a hotel, the door was locked and there was a phone number on the wall. We tried calling, but there was a woman speaking italian, which we did not understand, so we hung up. Then we sent a message via booking to Erik, telling him that we arrived. After a few minutes he had already replied that he was on the way. He came a few minutes later and apologized for the delay as he was dealing with another customer. He was very kind. The building inside is very nice, as well as the room. The room we had was spacious, clean, Erik also showed us on the hallway that there is some free food we could take. There was bottled water as well as some pastry (croissants and such), which was a nice addition. One thing I need to mention is that if you are very sensitive about the noise, you will not like it here, because we could hear everything from the street (cars, motorcycles) and sometimes it felt like they were in our room. There is also a bar in the same building downstairs, so there has been some music until midnight or so, but the noise from the street kind of cancelled the music out. There is a public parking nearby. Lake Garda is about 600m from the place and is reachable by foot. Amusement parks are also nearby. All in all this is a good place to stay for a day or two.

proprio quel che volevo

Ho trovato la struttura ancora meglio di quello che avrei immaginato, infatti l' arredamento è in parte nuovo e finalmente una doccia di dimensioni normali. Buona pulizia e ottima posizione , infatti si trova esattamente a metà ( 2 km ognuno ) per gardaland e Movieland/caneva , di fronte ci sono una tabaccheria e un farmacia e una chiesa e un ristorante sotto la strutttura e altri due vicinissimi, cosi come vicinissimo è il parcheggio gratuito. La colazione non è compresa ma si può fare colazione sia al bar di fronte sia andando giu al porto di Pacengo che si può raggiugere anche a piedi . Punto in più assolutamente il fatto che il sig.. Erik al secondo piano lascia a disposizione un distributore gratuito dell' acqua , che abbiamo utilizzato moltissimo visto che il giorno si camminava sotto 35 gradi .Infine vorrei ringraziare Erik poichè tutta la descrizione della sua struttura e gli accordi presi li ha mantenuti in pieno .Quindi se non vi interessa una struttura con piscina o stare al centro di Lazise ma che potete i tranquillamente raggiungere in macchina questa è la struttura ideale.. ci ritornerei anche domani

Ottima struttura per la posizione e la pulizia

La struttura è ottimamente posizionata vicino a bar, ristoranti, farmacia, spiaggia. Per l’auto c’è un grande parcheggio libero a 50mt. Le camere sono colorate, pulite e funzionali. Il gestore Erik è disponibile sia con il check-in che per varie info ed è sempre reperibile al cellulare, anche via messaggio. Ci sono prodotti per una piccola colazione e acqua con distributore. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
