Very pleasant and relaxing experience

Some missing elements:
• ventilation in the bathroom
• drawers/shelves where you can place your clothes/personal belongings (the closet has no internal drawers and there is only one shelf, the nightstands are shelves and do not have drawers underneath)
• small shelf inside the shower (my personal opinion)
• small drying rack for the railing, even just to hang swimsuits outside to dry
• gym
Positive aspects:
• Well-soundproofed rooms
• Kind and smiling staff, a bit slow in some cases but still helpful
• Top-notch pool, unique. I had never seen a stone pool (and I had never happened to not have background music in hotel pools) but our experience was very pleasant. Hot water is also provided in the showers around the pool, a super appreciated feature
• proximity to Gardaland. We didn't go since it wasn't in our interest, but it is truly just around the corner. The roller coaster was visible from the room's balcony
• impeccable cleanliness of all areas
What can be improved:
• The food starts with good potential, there is a good variety, but it definitely needs to be improved. In my opinion, the level of the catering tends to satisfy an international clientele more, a bit distant from Italian standards regarding the quality of taste (many bland dishes) and raw materials.
• room maintenance (I would remove the carpet)
• variety of the pool bar menu (little choice and missing ingredients or entire products)
For the rest, it is the cleanest and most fragrant hotel I have ever visited, comparable only to my experience in Dubai. Our experience was truly positive.

Absolute shame and horrible customer service. Avoid this hotel at all costs

I have been visiting Italy twice a year for the past ten years, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Hotel TH Lazise is a complete disappointment and does not match the standards of Italy or the TX Resorts chain.
1. Poor Room Condition and Maintenance:The hotel is extremely old, outdated, and poorly maintained. I will upload photos showing scuffed walls, mold and dirt on the bathroom door, broken tiles around the bathroom drain, and broken, sunken buttons on the AC control panel. The equipment is completely worn out.
2. Terrible Breakfast:The breakfast was incredibly poor and identical every single day. They serve scrambled eggs made from egg powder instead of real eggs. There were no vegetables at all, except for horrible, plastic-tasting tomatoes and some arugula.
3. Misleading Information regarding Gardaland:The hotel sells Gardaland tickets but deliberately withheld information. They did not advise us to buy the cheaper combined tickets, pushing us to buy the expensive ones instead. Furthermore, they failed to mention that the Gardaland parking near the aquarium is free for visitors, and only the shaded parking requires payment.
4. Unacceptable Noise and Rude Staff:The absolute worst part was a garden party with a DJ and extremely loud music right in front of our room until midnight. I went down to the reception twice to complain, but without any result. The second time, the hotel manager openly stated that the party would continue until at least 11:30 PM. They did not care at all that I was traveling with a 6-year-old child who needed to sleep. The receptionist was shushing me, pretending not to hear my requests, and ignoring the fact that this is a gross violation of local noise laws and hotel safety standards. When I mentioned calling the Polizia Locale, he literally laughed in my face!

Reception staff were excellent and were extremely helpful when taxis needed ordering. Very clean and Rituals toiletries a nice touch. Breakfast was good and the pool looked good although we didn’t use it. The hotel is fairly close to Gardaland although feels a long walk in the heat. Otherwise, it is a fair distance away from the train station, public transport is poor, and taxis are expensive. Don’t use Uber-quoted 40 euros plus for a 10-12 minute journey. My lower rating than I would usually give is for the absence of a kettle in the room. There was not one available from reception either so you had to go to the bar for hot water. Inconvenient for anyone but if I had a young baby and needed hot water for sterilisation or a bottle, then really not ideal. On a related note, rooms which are numbered in the 4000s are quite a walk from the reception area, so when booking, worth requesting a room close to reception if walking is difficult for you.

Nice hotel, great pool and helpful staff. Breakfast was fine but dinner at the same restaurant was not, however there are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance.

Th. Lazise Hotel

We had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent, just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful village of Lazise and very close to Gardaland Park, making it a perfect choice for families and visitors to the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and if you arrived after 9:00 a.m., many of the food items had already run out and were not replenished. This was the only aspect of our stay that did not meet our expectations taking into account the money that we spent for the accommodation.
The reception staff and the restaurant team were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. However, the service at the pool bar was extremely slow. The waiters often spent time talking among themselves instead of serving guests, which resulted in unnecessary waiting times. Another downside was that the swimming pool closed at 7:00 p.m., and guests were asked to leave immediately, making it impossible to enjoy the pool during.
Despite these issues, the excellent location, clean rooms, and friendly reception staff made our stay enjoyable. With improvements to the breakfast service and pool bar efficiency, this hotel could provide a much better overall experience.
