A long and home-like experience.

I found it through another website from Istanbul. I came to the city to teach as a "visiting professor" at the university and stayed for 13 days. The location is perfect. Ideal for walking everywhere. On the first day, I was in a small single room, and when they realized I couldn't stay there, they moved me to a nice room with a street view. The shared kitchen facilities were excellent. The coffee machine, stove, oven, and refrigerator mentioned in previous reviews have been replaced. The plates and other items were also new. Since my check-in time was after midnight, the key had been left in the locked box by the door. I was able to enter quietly and without any problems. I would like to thank Caterina and James.

Never again!

Let me tell you about my experience. I arrive and try to follow procedure. The box was broken, the plastic didn't come down to enter code. He contacts the number, gives me another room. Then honestly, no, better not say everything I think. Cold, no batteries in the remote control air conditioner, broken bathroom door, wall marked under the air conditioner, no coffee pods. Bad experience. I contact the number again and explain that if I found another property I would go elsewhere, she promises me she would refund me, asking not to leave negative reviews. I quit because that's what I think. I am sincere, I repeat, never again

Structure scruffy

Bad experience! The structure would be very nice if cared for and managed with care. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, the rooms are small but would be nice if they were not completely scruffy. The questionable management: I booked a 2 night stay, checked in at 3pm, worked in the structure until 7pm in the presence of the receptionist and at 9:30pm on the first evening I received a message that the next day I would have to change rooms because the problems with the room initially assigned to me had been solved. No one had informed me that I had been assigned a replacement room or that I could change it. I found this treatment very incorrect. I would not recommend this property

First and last time!

Structure apparently cute, but it is all to be reviewed, starting from the price that is excessive in relation to what is offered.
We had no breakfast included, but once we arrived we learned that breakfast would be 2 coffee pods to prepare in the machine placed in the shared kitchen.
Tiny room, no desk, no chairs.
Bathroom just as small, without a stool or a shelf on which to rest a beauty.
Hot water intermittently, shower without door (so bathroom flooded as soon as we washed)
We stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned up, the window placed on the ceiling and electric broke when we lowered the shutter, so we were in the dark for the whole stay.
Staff absent.
Owner not received.
We communicated about the water and the window and the request was completely ignored.
Poor cleaning, in the bed we found hair and the same happened for towels.
The only thing you save is the location, but for the same price we would have certainly found better!
Would not stay there again and would not recommend it.
