In the center of Lecce
I do not hide that I was a bit worried by the reviews I had read so far, but the accommodation had been booked by the company in a hurry, and I could not do otherwise.
In any case, the experience was positive. The B&B is located right in the center of Lecce, next to Piazza S. Oronzo, in a very central position and 15 minutes on foot from the train station, as well as just steps away from the architectural wonders of the center.
The word 'luxury' in the name certainly refers to the marbles used for the floors and bathroom coverings, but in fact, I did not find the name particularly appropriate.
However, I found cleanliness (carried out every day, with daily towel changes), I did not find exposed electrical outlets, and I did not find various accidents on the walls.
The bed and pillow are comfortable, and the double-glazed windows insulate well from the outside.
There is Wi-Fi, TV, and a coffee machine for those who desire it, along with the corresponding pods.
A few notes: the entrance door to the building should be fixed, although it may depend more on the condominium than the structure; the rooms open with a magnetic card or key: the point is that the keyhole is quite large, so it is easy to peek inside; the shower is walk-in, but it would be advisable to clean the showerhead nozzles clogged with limescale (I did it myself because the water was barely coming out).
No breakfast (not a big deal, there is an excellent café-pastry shop ten meters away), but on the bright side, there is an elevator (the rooms are on the second and third floors).
Welcoming and helpful host: we asked to have our luggage picked up after 11:00 and by 12:00, and there were no issues.
Interesting price: less than 100 euros per night, right in the center of Lecce, not bad at all.

Unfortunately I was wrong not to read before booking the reviews of this place that give an idea of the experience you will go to. Room with shutters that do not work, uncovered light switches, holes in the false ceiling, coffee machine without pods....

NIGHTMARE/ ARE FRAUDSTERS
the structure does not represent what is being sold and you see in the picture. Inside it lacks everything. A fridge is missing, they do not even give a bottle of water on your arrival. There are no coffee pods. In the shower lacks where to place soap and Shampoo. I stayed there on September 5 and 6 with my children and I had purchased a room with a double bed and a single bed. On my arrival the single bed does not exist. Also I had to wait an hour down the door because the person I had spoken to who seemed very nice and helpful did not answer the phone. In the end he tells me that he was on and his phone had drained I get on and he doesn’t even apologize for what happened even a discount nothing everything as if it were normal an hour of waiting. His name was Alessandro. also, in addition to the lack of the of the single bed, we had to sleep in the double bed in three and there were only two pillows, the request to bring a Third Party pillow never answered. I had purchased the room for three people paid for three people and on the bed I found only three large towels missing the trio of towels to the request to bring what was missing. She brought me only two medium towels soiled with foundation that we could not use. When I pointed out that pillows were missing, towels were missing, he didn't even answer. The electronic shutters do not work and the window curtain does not open, perhaps even better because he saw it is horrible inside the building. They have proved not to have a shred of professionalism and not to respect the customer, I am so sorry because tourists in this way in Puglia do not return. So avoid booking this structure which is the shame of Puglia in the hope that it will close in this way, at least we will not make M figures with tourists.

Top with small tree defects
We stayed here in four rooms with a hiking group. The apartments on two floors are very well equipped and spacious. Everything was clean and stylish. Only small structural defects could be seen, as if everything had not yet been completed. The location is first class in the middle of the city center. The host was a bit late on our arrival, but that was still within the acceptable. Overall recommended.
