A nice week.
We stayed for a week at this residence and were truly satisfied. Wonderful pool, clean apartments, kind staff and to top it off, a pleasant surprise, the Ferragosto party. The crystal-clear sea, we recommend it.
I would recommend a bit of entertainment.

The Residence Atlante is a facility likely from the 80s/90s located in Marina di Leporano, a short distance from the Bay of Saturo.
You can tell from the architecture upon arrival that it is a somewhat dated facility. And this is confirmed by the reception area with the adjacent restaurant room, which has been closed for over 15 years, a snapshot of times gone by.
The accommodations (in our case a three-room apartment C) are also clearly dated. Floors, bathroom tiles with exposed pipes, kitchenette, doors, etc., are evidently quite old and should be updated.
A particularly negative note is the beds, which are truly too uncomfortable, not only small (at 1.80 m tall, I didn't fit) but with old and worn-out mattresses resting on spring bed frames that were in even worse condition.
The strong point of this facility is definitely the exterior, including the very pleasant swimming pool. This is well-maintained and welcoming. But here too, a sore point: the use of swim caps is not required, so on crowded days you find yourself swimming among long hairs scattered almost everywhere. Truly a great shame.
So, an immediate recommendation to the facility: mandatory swim caps for everyone, right away!
A play area for the little ones was recently introduced and is still in excellent condition. There is parking for everyone inside the property and this is a plus.
There is a La Mela supermarket 100m away, but otherwise you have to travel by car to reach the beaches, even the closest one. However, it is well located.
In short, with a few adjustments, it could certainly achieve a better rating. For the moment, it is a decent property.

Horrible.
bad personal place rude and violent I was attacked with a hammer by a guy who works there only because I demanded a hot shower since in a week the boiler was broken and I was teased they told me that they would provide .. my son got sick taking a bad ear infection given the cold showers every day fortunately my physical size helped me defend myself .. the rude and vile owner since he promised without keeping to make a partial refund transfer at the end of the holiday because of the problems had on all I repeat broken boiler in the week of August ... horrible experience ... to my request for refund for the problems I was threatened to be reported for attempted extortion by the owner such Mr. PAOLO only because I wanted a hot shower and could NEVER do it in a week I demanded a financial refund ... the WORST HOLIDAY OF MY LIFE

Relaxation, Comfort and Welcoming
We spent a wonderful week in this apartment near the sea! Although the furniture is a bit dated, the accommodation was spotless, tidy and functional, with everything you need to live comfortably the holiday. The location is great, a few steps from the beach and convenient to the main services. Quiet area and very nice and helpful staff.
Note of merit to the pool, clean and always tidy.
A simple but pleasant stay, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sea.

September stay in Marina di Leporano
Residence strategically located on the coast road, near the beaches.
The apartments, although dated, offer a good level of comfort and cleanliness.
Equipped with full kitchen, comfortable terrace, free parking.
Beautiful swimming pool, with umbrellas and sun loungers available and a well-stocked bar.
Staff and manager always friendly and helpful.
