I stayed here for work, on the occasion of SeaFuture25 at the naval base in La Spezia. Let's start right away by saying that with traffic it takes over 40 minutes to and from La Spezia, so it's not really the best, while instead as a base for San Terenzo seems to me really an excellent solution, because a 5-minute walk you reach the seafront. The hotel is a bit dated, but cleanliness is not lacking. For me the big flaw is that there is no bidet, in Italy I do not accept it. They also still use too much plastic, you should change and propose dispensers rather than single-dose soaps. Fridge bar in the room to disconnect at night, otherwise it is hard to sleep. Essential but full breakfast, both sweet and savory, although most products are frozen. The ham is very good instead. Excellent opportunity to park the car. Finally, the added value are the owners, always available, kind and present (maybe a little too talkative him, but there is). Overall a good solution. Thank you.

Good place to stay overnight

Clean and welcoming, Recommended if you have no expectations of luxury or a panoramic position.
Bathroom without bidet, overlooking the street or courtyard, good air conditioning, fridge in the room and comfortable beds.

Super little place

First, understand, this is a hotel in a residential neighborhood and that San Terenzo is on the outskirts of Lerici. Once you come to grips with these two principles, you can open up to the joy that is this small, family run hotel. Spotlessly, squeakily clean, its rooms come with a street access with balcony ( on a v busy road) or the quieter option, facing the secure, private, free car park. The rooms are basically but comfortably furnished- mine had a fridge which is a bonus. Call before turning up as the charming owner has to run around the corner to let you in. There is a little car parking area where you can pull up to make that call about 50 m from the hotel. The owner was a delight, preparing information on local sights and transportation options. The hotel is an easy 4 minute stroll (for someone with a recovering broken hip) to some of the finest restaurants in the area. The seafront is glorious and is reminiscent of an old fashioned seaside town, which I adore. It was buzzing on a late May Monday night. A real find!

Great value for money and very nice staff

We shared a room with a colleague for 4 nights. The room was cleaned daily and very comfortable. Friendly staff, always ready to help and make arrangements. Wide choice for breakfast and all types of hot beverages prepared at the moment. The private parking is a plus if you move with a car in the area. The position is also very good for San Terenzo's beach and the Lerici area in general.

Great!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff that helped us find nice tours and also decide where to visit next, nice breakfast, clean rooms with ac and close to the beach. They also have free parking! We would stay here again, no doubt about it!
