Great kindness
My son stayed for two years in this structure with the school and tells of a beautiful and super convenient place for skiing with great food and many services. Last week he left his stuffed animal there. The staff took care to look for it and send it to us..... not by everyone such a great kindness! Congratulations really we will be back soon to visit you!

I already wrote it in the review
The hotel is structurally well-built, the flaws are: Dust is excessive in many rooms, as are insects and a bit of dirt; the food was quite good except for some meals that need improvement; the waiters and service are excellent; otherwise, the hotel has a beautiful view.

Impossible not to give 5 Stars
Impossible not to give 5 Stars, from every point of view, to this hotel!
I do not think there is anything comparable to this price, with direct access to the slopes, in a wonderful area (even for walks possibly with dogs and children) and with the opportunity to visit wonderful historical remains of the war.
As a ski mountaineer I could also have fun with the skins leaving directly from the hotel towards Pizzo Levico.
Modern rooms (even too much, I prefer the "old refuge" style of the bar room) and with every comfort, stained glass with a view, great breakfast and dinner even better (highly recommended half board).
Being a popular place for schoolchildren, it will not be uncommon to meet groups of kids (who as such are noisy), but the perfectly soundproofed rooms avoid any problem.
Also exceptional is the underground parking with ski locker, unfortunately not heated for boots, but you go up in the elevator then you bring them to your room.
A small problem (boiler block) was solved in no time.
All the staff very kind and - very rare fact - so helpful to leave us the availability of the room even until the afternoon of the day of exit.
Therefore, Hotel Vezzena bravo!
ps: now I have come to terms with it, but even in this beautiful hotel (as in almost all the others I tried) there are no clothes racks and soap dish in the shower: who knows if I will ever find out the reason...
pps: the negative reviews we read unfortunately confirm that the problem in 2026 is not the hotel: it is the parents :)...

Restaurant but not quite.
We took a cutting board as an appetizer: good speck even if lean; discreet cup and sopressa; cheeses are definitely to be improved, not first choice; the gardener was of poor quality, tasted only like vinegar: they would have made a better impression not to even put it.
The gnocchi ragout was good, too bad that the gnocchi were discount: I understand that the cook did not want to make them by hand, but he could at least buy them in a pasta factory, avoiding offering a plate from a university canteen.
Friendly waiters, quick service that avoid the kitchen an even lower rating.

Perfect for a school trip with a large group!
This was our second year staying at Hotel Vezzena with a large school group and I cannot but recommend it for that purpose. The hotel is clean and reception staff, cleaning staff and service staff are all friendly and helpful. We had a large group of eighty teenagers split across two floors. The second floor is more modernised and very comfortable. The third floor has not yet been renovated but is clean, comfortable and fit for purpose. The students liked the large rooms and rustic feel.
Our breakfast each morning went down a treat - fresh croissants, coffee and cereal. Dinners were mixed but our students did enjoy the tomato pasta and fish and chips dishes.
This hotel caters for large groups and everything ran like clockwork. There is a huge storage area in the basement with lockers for skis, boots and helmets. The hotel is beside the slopes which cuts out any hassle or stress with busses etc. There is also a large room in the basement where students could have a kareoke/disco night.
We will be back again next year for another trip and I am more than happy to return again.
