We greatly appreciated our stay with Costantino & Rafaëlla, as well as Pénélope, the four-legged member of the family Thank you for your warm welcome and for your advice on visits and restaurants. The breakfast was always very plentiful and varied.
We stayed in a very pleasant and functional studio (TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine). A magnificent view overlooking the lake, as well as a large terrace to relax and admire the sunsets. Everything is very clean and nicely decorated. The location is ideal for visiting the various small villages and villas by taking the boat from the dock located behind the church of Lezzeno (10 minutes on foot from the accommodation), as well as for walking to the different restaurants in Lezzeno. A parking area is also available.

View out of a fairytale
Magnificent location, unbelievable view, clean room, polite and very helpful staff. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices.

We enjoyed our stay at Costantino and Rafaëlla. Thank you for your welcome.
The room named Victoria is very nice and functional. (TV, refrigerator, safe) Everything is very clean and nicely decorated.
We even saw a computer there but we did not try to use it;-)
The view of the lake (as in all other rooms for that matter) is great. There is a furnished balcony with a small table and chairs to enjoy the view.
It is very quiet.
We could also have used the outdoor relaxation area but we did not stay long enough.
It was April and Italy is already populated by tourists. We were able to see this by taking the ferry to Varenna - much quieter than Bellagio.
We gave up the idea of driving to the different viles of the lake, as the ZTL and the little parking possible are a deterrent.
Fortunately there is this ferry ideally located 5 minutes walk away. (Beware on the road because there is no sidewalk).
You can eat at the Stone House restaurant very close to the hotel, accessible by road or, more pleasantly, by the path along the lake where different birds live (ducks, swans,...).

Best place ever
If I can give this place more then 5 stars I would. This place exceeded our expectations! It is nestled in the right area. No crowds. So peaceful. I looked forward to every morning to have a beautiful breakfast. The amenities from swimming in front of the property to kayaking was amazing. Definitely coming back.

Location: The town is pretty small. Enough to keep us busy for one day of wandering around. A couple restaurants and a local pub within easy walking distance. VERY safe. There is parking onside for 5-6 cars but they also offer parking nearby. The road was pretty busy when we were there but there was also a holiday. This meant parking was a 2 person job and slightly stressful!
Room: We stayed in the Raffaella room and it was wonderful! Everything was clean and the bed was very comfy. We took several mid-day naps there in addition to sleeping at night! Our room also had a decent sized balcony that we sat on every night to look at the stars and watch the traffic.
Food: There was a light breakfast avail. Some fruits and pastries each day. There is also an espresso machine. It looked like there were also some bottles of wine to be purchased onsite but we didn't realize that until after we'd already purchased one elsewhere.
Property: Beyond the rooms, there are several communal areas on the property. There is an indoor dining room with 4-5 tables. There is an outside dining area under a pergola with a giant wisteria plant and 6-8 tables. There is also a covered 2-3 person swing and lawn furniture near a small grassy area. All of this looks out to the lake so you're never without a view! Directly from the exterior areas, is a gated access to the lakeside walking path that goes most of the way into town and north to a beach.
Staff: The owners were onsite and ready to give any advice or suggestions you might need.
General: Everything was wonderful. We would stay again and we've already suggested it to a few of our friends! Once you've made a reservation, you gain access to a very helpful website with all kinds of info on it that is personalized to your stay and an easy way to communicate with the hosts!
The only thing to be aware of is that, while you can put a deposit on a credit card on their website, final payment must be in cash when you check in. Getting cash was just a small nuisance in an otherwise relaxing trip!
