Family hotel.

What made the difference was feeling like family, which is very rare today. IDA, you are unique; your team deserves praise for their spontaneity, cheerfulness, and professionalism. NICOLA (a chef) is attentive with ideas and attention to detail. The facility is very clean and well-maintained; keep it up, the competition has reason to worry.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience....rooms were okay, more or less as described....the restaurant was very disappointing: breakfast was passable except for having to argue to get lemon for those like me who drink tea in the morning....the request made the waitress's eyes widen as if I had asked for something outrageous in the land of lemons.....and it started off poorly here....Fruit, another sore point, was measured per person or even scarce...the peaches had to be fought over with other guests.....Vegetables were very scarce, especially in the first few days, with only 4 slices of cucumber or 4 slices of zucchini or 4 green beans, etc. After many complaints, they increased from 4 to 7.... Meat was always tough and scarce, the roast seemed more boiled, baked pasta made with gnocchi, and when I asked for explanations, the waitress stubbornly told me that gnocchi were still pasta....entertainment was nonexistent, provided by two inexperienced girls, so nothing came of it, especially for adults....I also mention the rude, impolite waiters who didn't even respond to greetings; I never saw a friendly smile....I think that should be enough, and I believe that if Mrs. Ida wants to continue in this business, she needs to make radical changes, starting with the chef and the staff. I don't know if this review will be published, and I am not interested in a response from Mrs. Ida, but I hope it can help others not ruin their vacation.

Terrible meals arrive after more than 1 hour, and not all of them; several times we gave up and left.
For breakfast, there was nothing if you arrive late.
Beach loungers and umbrellas are falling apart, broken and rusty.
Small rooms.
We felt very unwell.

I would highly recommend this hotel, during my last trip I stayed at the hotel for two weeks and it allowed me to travel every where from it. Because is placed in the centre of Garganos peninsula.
The room was comfy and clean. Had all the comfort that a needed, last but not least the staff were very friendly.

Esperienza positiva

Abbiamo soggiorato l ultima settimana di giugno del 2026. Per noi l esperienza e stata da 8/10. Certo sulla cucina qualcosa da rivedere magari ci può essere ma se ci rendiamo conto di quello che abbiamo pagato nn potevamo aspettarci un hotel 4 stelle. Tutto sommato le nostre richieste per eventuali problemi sono sate risolte dalla titolare . Basta saper chiedere e parlare. Un ringraziamento alle ragazze dell animazione, persone brave ed educate. Sinceramente lo consiglio per visitare il Gargano e spostarsi in giornata verso bari e albero bello e Polignano ( noi l abbiamo fatto).
