Dream Vacation!!!
My husband and I booked a short vacation at the Riviera Resort for his birthday. Upon our arrival, we received excellent service at the reception. The facility is charming and meticulously maintained, and the room is fantastic in terms of furnishings and comfort of every kind. The sixth star is truly deserved by the entire hotel staff, starting with the attentive and friendly Maitre Ermes, and the warmth and professionalism of Andrea, Bianca, and Annamaria, who surprised my partner with their heartfelt gesture during the moonlit dinner at their restaurant, which I would recommend to anyone! Additionally, a special thanks to Flavia for delighting me with her "golden hands" during the massage at the wellness center. I can't wait for the next one! We can't wait to return; it was a dream experience in every way. Congratulations!

Dinner with friends at Riviera Resort
On the weekend of May 2, together with our friends from Groupon, we spent a few days in Lignano. Although it was only early in the season, almost all the restaurants were already completely full for dinner.
We were able to find a place at the Riviera Resort restaurant and, I must admit, what was supposed to be a normal dinner turned into a very pleasant gastronomic surprise.
The environment is elegant, relaxing and well-kept, with completely renovated spaces that immediately convey a feeling of comfort and quality. But the real protagonist of the evening was undoubtedly the kitchen.
We tasted some simply extraordinary lobster linguine: perfect cooking, fresh homemade pasta and a lobster of excellent quality. A balanced dish, rich in taste but never excessive, which really deserves a special mention.
In the meantime we were served a shrimp tartare that was equally sublime, delicate and refined, capable of enhancing the raw material to the fullest.
Chapter wine: probably the most “memorable” moment of the evening. I think at least three Magnums of Ronco delle Mele di Venica were literally “drained”, a detail that will surely make our friend Gianni Venica smile.
The service has proved highly professional but at the same time warm and welcoming, a quality increasingly rare to find. And between courses, you could not miss a few minutes outside to enjoy the breathtaking view of the beach and the sea.
Ultimately, a location absolutely promoted with flying colors: a beautiful discovery that definitely deserves to be experienced again.

Siamo felici che una semplice cena si sia trasformata in una piacevole sorpresa gastronomica e che abbia apprezzato l’ambiente, la nostra cucina, la selezione dei vini e il servizio del nostro team. Le sue parole sulle linguine all’astice e sulla tartare di gamberi ci riempiono di orgoglio e saranno condivise con tutta la brigata. Beautiful place but quick.
Last summer we had dinner with friends, excellent location and well-prepared food, but at a certain hour, we were politely invited to leave the table and move to the bar if we wanted to stay longer.
A few days ago we booked again to celebrate my birthday, unfortunately, the same situation repeated itself. We sat at the table at 8:30 PM and were served quickly, as the waiters were very hurried, even taking away my plate while I still had a bite in my mouth; by 9:30 PM we had finished dinner and realized it was time to get up. The place has potential, but my experience was disappointing.

Unforgettable holiday at Riviera Resort Hotel!
We spent three lovely days in this corner of paradise, where every detail is taken care of with extreme refinement. The rooms are spacious, elegant and always impeccably clean. Special thanks to Mrs. Adriana, always smiling, helpful and attentive, and the fantastic cleaning team for their professionalism and courtesy.
The comfort of the rooms, the exclusive access to the private beach with private umbrella and the gastronomic excellence of the restaurant offering exquisite dishes served by a kind and caring staff made our stay absolutely perfect.
We will definitely return and highly recommend this property.
