Top location - price / performance perfectly ok

Top location, close to the beach and shopping street right next to.
Friendly staff/waiter, maid all
Rooms are cleaned every day.
We had a family room with two separate rooms. Terrace is available. Small fridge, air conditioning available.
We had half board with breakfast and dinner. Breakfast there was a rich selection and evening starter and main course to choose from and a salad buffet with plenty of choice.
Parking is about 500m from the hotel, but I don't see that as a problem.
Lift is available in the hotel.
Equipment is not the most modern, but perfectly fine.
Price performance is top!!!
Would book again at any time:-)

Too bad about the bad mattress

Friendly hotel. Quality price ok.
The only sin was the mattress in the annex st.111.
Same goes for guests in room 116 annex. To be changed

A great discovery!

I stayed 5 days in this hotel in the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro a few meters from the sea and Piazza Fontana.
Taken in a closed box, it turned out to be a nice surprise.
Service, professionalism and courtesy really good by all the staff.
Excellent beach service, a few meters from the hotel, as well as the location in the center.
Breakfast and dinner with a good assortment every day always different.
Private parking a few meters from the hotel.
Rooms in style, but still well maintained.
Highly Recommendation for great value for money!

You can make mistakes, but you always have to meet the customer!

Weekend in which unfortunately I had to change my mind about the hotel (I had been there 4 years ago and I had a great time)... unfortunately this time I can not say the same... The day of arrival found the dirty private bathroom (notified immediately)... then at breakfast you find rusks expired months before (of course also warned in this case)...
Now I honestly understand mistakes because we are all human and oversights can happen, but I expect you to meet the customer... in this case the minimum would have been a discount on the current stay or for a future stay... instead nothing.... to the penny....
In these cases the negative review is a must!!!

Hotel molto accogliente!

Excellent Hotel for those who do not have big claims: near the sea, umbrella and deck chairs included in the price, as well as parking (some indoors) about 300m from the hotel. Good breakfast and varied: both sweet and salty. Very good are the first, second and desserts with the possibility of 3 choices. Very rich table of appetizers, vegetables and fruit buffet! The hotel has dated furniture in the rooms, but our bathroom with window has been recently renovated with everything you need including bidet and hairdryer. In the rooms there is air conditioning and a small fridge, there is a terrace with drying rack. The windows are new and limit external noise. We had a great time, because the staff is very kind, all with a smile and a greeting. Very helpful and satisfactory, even the staff at reception. Excellent organization!
