A relaxing holiday

A hotel to recommend to everyone for holidays, both for families and couples or friends.

Very high professionalism
Breakfast provided and varied, the waiting staff was helpful throughout.
Strategic place for beaches and shops.
Absolutely recommended, we will be back.

Highly recommended

I stayed for a few days, great breakfast very nice. The staff was very kind. Good location and partner beach with good prices. Excellent room cleaning. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful experience!

We were very impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I had a special diet for my puppies, and they did their utmost to make sure I had everything I needed with great empathy and generosity. The Hotel offers free bicycles, towels for partner beaches and dog-friendly beaches, a discount and a very convenient shuttle service. In fact the shuttle does not have set times, but works as if it were a taxi for free. It must be said that these services are not taken for granted and are not found everywhere. So we enjoyed it very much. Whatever need we had, they always helped us with a smile. The kindness of all the staff is exemplary. They really make you feel at ease and you feel at home. The rooms are pleasant, with a small terrace outside, air conditioning, TV. The breakfast is varied, very good and of high quality. The location is very quiet, and therefore you sleep very well. There is also a very nice shop for dogs!!! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back! We were so pampered and so were our puppies

DIRTY UNFRIENDLY ZERO SOLUTION ORIENTED

Our experience:
*When we arrived we were told that the Doggybeach shuttle was not included, even though it had been booked and paid for, but suddenly we had to pay extra for it.
*There was no space left at the Doggybeach either (The owner of the Doggybeach Hotel Gambrinus is the owner of the Doggybeach and in my opinion should at least have a space at the Doggybeach available for guests in his own hotel.)
* We spent an hour looking for a parking space within a 2 km radius and couldn't find one.
*The beds were catastrophic with very uncomfortable springs.
*You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms
*We then went to reception and canceled our vacation after the first night (we weren't offered breakfast)
*Check the bill, as I think it's strange.

Very very poor service!!!

Very bad service!!!! We stayed in September in Ganbrinus and forgot some things in the room. We asked if they could send it to us and they said the will do that. I even offered to pay the costs for that. Since 15th September they tell us they will send it immediately. Now, on the 3rd of December we gave up hope that we get our staff back. We mailed and called several times (more than 10!), but no result.
We will never come back to this hotel anymore! Afterservice is also a main part of the service! They just lie to you every time again!
