Weekend as a couple

Very clean hotel and super nice staff.
The breakfast is great with lots of choices, and the staff refills things quite quickly when the trays are empty..
Thanks to the whole team.

Very bad

We unfortunately had a very bad experience at this hotel.
The hotel is listed as a 4-star hotel, but the standard is perceived more like a 3-star hotel.
We arrived at the hotel around 3:00 p.m. The room was dirty upon arrival, with black spots on the floor and the mirror, and the bathroom had visible mold. The cleanliness was far below what one could expect from a 4-star hotel.
I booked the stay directly by phone and informed clearly that we were traveling with children and arrived late at night. Still, the room was not ready for us – it lacked enough dynas and pillows. It was a very bad start to the stay.
The next morning we addressed the problems with the reception. The standard was so poor that we wanted to cancel the rest of the stay and get the money refunded. The hotel did not refund the full amount, but withdrew us for one night. We decided to move to another hotel the same day. This led to additional costs for us, since it was a last-minute booking, and the stay became significantly more expensive.
Unfortunately, neither the cleanliness nor the service lived up to expectations. Based on our experience I can not recommend this hotel and we will not stay there again.

4 star hotel was actually a 2 star motel (the love motel..need i say more)

Nearest train station 30 min walk.
Milan 1 hour 15 mins away by train.
Hotel/motel located in an industrial area.
Not given room at hotel but the love motel next door.
Main door metal and no interconnecting door to keep out the cold.
Room temperature, fan kept on high at all times and Room never got warmer than 15° and heating could not be increased to any higher setting.
That cold at night had to use bath towel for extra layer as only provided a thin bedspread.
3 pillows provided for 2 people.
Room, carpet flooring grubby, seen better days.
Toilet seat broken and unstable.
No plug for sink.
Bidet had been used by previous occupants and not cleaned adequately.
Shower tray tired and old and discoloured also mouldy and grubby sealant.
Bathroom radiator was cold and no heating provided throughout the stay.
Towels needed to be left in the wardrobe to be renewed were new clean towels were left on top of previously used, wet towels.
External temperature was -2° which impacted on coldness of the room.
The stay made both myself and my partner ill, chilled to the bone.
When did complain about the lack of heating, the female staff at reception did nothing.
Overall a very inadequate unenjoyable stay and I would not recommend.

The As Hotel Limbiate Fiera is composed by two buildings: the main building and the annex building.
At reserbation time, the system shows you a wide range of types of room (from the economy till the suite), and the guest choose it according to the budget/preference.
We double checked your booking and we can confirm that you booked an economy room, based in the annex building. (not in the motel)
The main has modern/design rooms, the annex has economy rooms in a more classical style, recently renovated.
This winter is the coldest of the last years, and the heating system works properly in all the rooms: in fact, you can check and change the temperature from indoor. Our reception staff is always at your total disposal/24/24!
We care about housekeeping so, we take note of your kind feebdack.
we suggest you, for a next stay, to book one of our standard rooms based in the main building

Okay for a stopover.

Hotel is okay, motel room comfortable with the car right at the door. Food is okay.
Poor service at breakfast. Upon entering the breakfast room, all tables were "eaten off" and not cleaned. I had to first ask the staff to clear a table.

Bed full of bugs.

I understand that the motel part costs less, but I spent €75 to sleep among bedbugs and in a dirty room; it’s 5 in the morning and I’m sitting in the chair. I am not delicate when it comes to sleeping, but there is a limit to everything. It is pointless to leave welcome chocolates; CLEAN AND DISINFECT THE ROOMS.....
