Peace and tranquility just steps from the sea

A place located in a strategic position very close to the sea, quiet and comfortable; the staff is super kind and helpful.

Breakfast not recommended!!!

Very cute apartment, we had a two-room apartment with a small terrace with a sea view. Very clean premises and kind staff.
I recommend not including breakfast: it is truly terrible!!! Little choice and very low quality: out-of-season fruit, the worst type of packaged ham, products for lactose intolerance practically non-existent (only packaged cookies with a horrible taste). It would take very little to do much better!!!

Positive experience

Positive assessment of this property, even if the presence of stairs can be a problem for some. Because of the proximity to the sea, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes, but above all for the kindness, the availability of all the staff, and the thorough cleanliness of the room, we highly recommend it to those who want a quiet vacation in a very simple tourist setting.

Very simple accommodation on the outskirts with a beautiful sea view.

We were accommodated in the hotel with a travel group. It is located on the outskirts. The hillside location offers a beautiful sea view. The apartments/rooms as well as the breakfast room and the pool are only accessible via many steps. Therefore, the hotel is not suitable for people with mobility impairments.
Our apartment had three bedrooms and a long hallway. Since there were only two of us, two of the bedrooms were locked. Such a situation naturally seems extremely uncomfortable. The furnishings were simple and also worn out. The mattress was sagging, so the other person inevitably woke up when one turned. The air conditioning unit in our living room was defective. Although it was supposed to both cool and heat, the heating did not work. Since the weather was still relatively cool, we had to heat the entire apartment with the unit in the bedroom. The bathroom was unheated and cold. The shower was also so tiny that it was difficult to use. The showerhead sprayed water and was not adjustable. The television only had Italian channels. According to the travel agent, we were supposed to be accommodated in 4-star hotels. In reality, the hotel, not least due to the furnishings of our apartment, was at best two stars. The breakfast was of acceptable quality, but also very simple with some packaged items, such as poor yogurt and jam.
The hotel has no restaurant, so one must eat out in the evenings. This requires either a longer walk or a car.
However, the entire staff is very nice and helpful, which unfortunately could not compensate for the other weaknesses of the hotel.

The hotel is a 10 minute bus ride away from Lipari. We had a free ride organised by the hotel to and from the ferry which was great. There is a supermarket close by and the room is spacious with the benefit of gas hobs. Very nice view from the hotel and plenty of places to eat along the seafront. Really peaceful and a great place to recharge. The island is beautiful and a three island trip is recommended. WiFi was ok around the reception area. Breakfast was good as well. Staff were really helpful.
