The courtyard.... I would say not just apartments but a truly comfortable solution
At the center: yes I would say at the center is the synthesis of this small but well-kept residence which is looked after by the splendid Veronica. Rest assured that you can enjoy Livigno in the best possible way because you are just a stone's throw from the chairlift, from the ticket office and when you return on skis you can practically get to your room. Very well organised, quiet and clean, adequate spaces, heated and quiet for those who really appreciate the apartment solution with equal freedom and space and then go and taste the various restaurants - which are not lacking - or other amenities and holiday pampering.

Great place to stay
We are family of 6 adults and 3 kids. We stayed at Toila apartment, three bedroom - three bathroom. It was spacious enough for us.
Kitchen is equipped with basic dishes and utensils. The espresso machine was a big plus.
Bedrooms are nicely furnished and spacious.
Everything was clean, there was dish soap, toilet paper and machine tablets.
Parking places are just in front of the house. We didn't touch the car for 7 days. There are few slopes within 2 min walking distance, as well as equipment rental, ski pass store and ski school. Bus station is minute away from the house.
Also, there are few supermarkets, bars and restaurants within 10-15 min walking distance.
At one point we had some clothes to wash and Mrs Veronica (the host) was kind enough to let us use washing machine in the basement.
The host was really kind and helpful.
We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Excellent accommodation
The apartments are located 2 minutes walk from the beginner ski lift and some of my favourite restaurants in Europe. Our apartment's were spotless, the owner was so helpful and friendly. Had some important documents faxed and she accepted them for me. This was my 3rd time staying in La Corte. (10th time in Livigno)

Very nice apartment on a great location
Apartment is very nice and big. The value for money is also good. It is located right next to the San Rocco ski area and bus stop from which you can catch the bus to Mottolino or Livigno centre.
Kitchen could be equipped better and the WiFi could be better (it is barely usable in the evening when all guests return to their apartments).

Family ski trip to Livigno
My family came to Livigno for New Year break for 2 weeks and decided to stay in La Corte apartments this time. Although the location is very good for skiing and families (not very noisy and close to city center and ski lift) wouldn’t recommend those apartments to anyone. First of all despite paying high price (we paid more than EUR4000 for 2 weeks the owner and its agent (Marco) don’t care at all about its clients though they are trying to create an impression that they are helping you.
Normally the owner prepares a minimum number of essential things which you may need for the next day or two when you arrive (watching machine tablets; some soap; sponge to clean the table etc). There was nothing when we arrive late in the evening so the first day we had some issues how to clean the table or wash the plates.
Also because we have small kids for us watching machine availability was essential criteria when selecting apartments. It has been confirmed to us that apartments have washing machine. Also description of the apartments on the web-site also mention that there is a washing machine. In reality there is no one. It took us 3 days to complain before the owner allowed us to use shared washing machine in the basement. Again the renting agency doesn’t really help you.
Finally, apartments are located near the ski lift and positioned for mountain skiing. In reality the ski room is in a very bad shape. The door is never to the ski room has never been locked so it is not safe to keep your personal belongings there and the door has been half broken and doesn’t even have a handle. Also when you go down to the ski room it is very dark in the corridor and you have the risk of falling down yourself. It is cold inside the ski room and you can’t dry your boots properly there despite the fact they claim that the ski room has heating facilities. Also they provide you old bed linen with holes. So overall if I pay 50% of the price, I can leave with such attitude but it is way below average ski apartments I have experienced before and one normally expects. So wouldn’t recommend it to anyone except at a very moderate price.
Overall be very careful with description of the apartments and double check the main essential things you need.
