Excellent

Charming place in the Itria Valley. Delicate and very professional hospitality. We started with an aperitif surrounded by the colors of nature. Very professional and courteous service, the six-course meal was an indescribable sensory experience. Additionally, we had requested a birthday cake which was the final surprise, a sweetness as light as a cloud. Prices appropriate for the dishes and the location. We will definitely return because it was a pleasant evening, especially for the unique flavors. Congratulations to the chef!

Disappointing.

We are on a bike trip and staying here for one night only. It is a beautiful property covering many hectares and spread over terraced ground encompassing gorgeous gardens as far as the eye can see. Unfortunately, my husband and I were given a room (aka suite) on the road into the property that has little to recommend it. The bedroom is spare and has an exposed hanging clothes rack (no closet or dresser), a bathroom with a shower that is the size of a phone booth (with doors that close on the corner to prevent water from spraying onto the floor), a sitting area comprised of a tired couch and a desk with a hot water pot and some Nescafe packets. Seriously problematic in a country that prides itself on its coffee. Perhaps this was considered a suite, I don’t know, but it was old and unappealing. In conversation with our friends, we discovered that their rooms were spacious, airy and modern, with Italian coffee machines, large showers, etc., so clearly the accommodations are varied. Unfortunate for us to have been given this room. Ottolire Resort bills itself as a resort, yet the “fitness” facility has two machines. Period. And reservations are mandatory probably because it is so small. The pool and surrounding grounds are lovely. We had an al fresco group dinner overlooking the gardens, which was lovely, but the food was unremarkable. Service was utilitarian.

Wonderful resort

We were guests at this resort for our anniversary. Our experience was wonderful. From the welcome, to the food, to the SPA where Emanuela and Maria pampered us. A round of applause to the owner who entertains the guests with truly rare attention. We will return.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Locorotondo, Apulia, Italy. The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, making it easy to relax after days spent exploring the beautiful surrounding towns. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, and the location was ideal for experiencing everything the region has to offer.
The property provided excellent value for the quality of the accommodations and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return on a future visit to Puglia. Highly recommended!

This property is an absolute delight. Rooms are immaculate and modern. The gardens and olive groves are a delight to walk through. The pool exceptional. You must eat at the restaurant , one of the best meals I have had in Italy and surprisingly good value for a dinner of such high quality. The staff are exceptionally warm and helpful. My only regret was not being able to stay longer and use it as a base to explore the region.
