An all-round successful holiday with first-class accommodation

We were at the Moriggl for the first time in May 2025, but certainly not the last time! Our room: very clean, spacious, modern. Breakfast: excellent! The ambience: very appealing!
Our hosts: very friendly!!!
Our conclusion: we felt very comfortable at Olga & Jonas and are already looking forward to seeing you again!

Beautiful hotel with first rate service

A very impressive hotel with amazing views and staff who went above and beyond for our one night stay. Room was clean, spacious and has modern fittings. Very grateful for the supply of gluten free bread rolls at breakfast - can imagine that they were difficult to source. Am happy to highly recommend this accommodation!!!

Value almost as good as the views

Thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay in June. Service was excellent in spite of our having limited language skills. Italian and German speakers should have no problem. Room was beautiful. Excellent furnishings, modern bath and the bed was reasonably comfortable for a hotel in Italy. Views were quite good from our room with a small balcony for lounging. Secure lockup for bicycles in the garage. No restaurant on site but there is one close by. This hotel charges for breakfast and internet. We had the breakfast one day and it was reasonably good although the cost is 10 euro each. Really no need to pay for wifi as we had excellent wireless service in our room. Only difficulty we had was in finding the hotel. Even though it is located in a very small town our GPS was little help so we finally had to call. Visited the Watles ski resort with our 2 year old daughter and she loved it. Recommended for cyclists as Prato dello Stelvio and the base of the Passo dello Stelvio climb are only about 10k down the road. Much prettier landscape on this side of the climb than on the Bormio side in my opinion.

Good and friendly hotel across the Swiss border so less expensive for the same quality.

See the tittle of this review and then you understand.
Very nice room with excellent bathroom and shower.
Very good beds, clean and a pretty balcony, a good buffet breakfast all this for 86 Euro for 2 people. You can park your car for free across the hotel. Situation of the hotel is very quiet; no cars,no neighboring noise etc.
Staff friendly and welcoming and if you stay here for a couple of days because you wish to hike the beautiful Rechenpass (for example) then in this village are several restaurants were you can eat.. We had dinner in Hotel Restaurant : ""Mohren a 3 minutes walk from our hotel. Excellent and cozy restaurant for a very affordable price.
If you drive from Switzerland to the South of Tyrol and you are looking for a pleasant place to stay then cross the border drive about 20 minutes and you pay about half the price compared to Switzerland for the same quality in sleeping, eating and drinking.
The only thing I found outrageous is that you had to pay 4 Euro for a half hour internet connection (not even wireless you need a cable which they can provide).
