Congested view
Our room had to have a balcony with a great view, it had a terrace completely shaded by trees! So not top the lake view with all the foliage!
The room smelled of humidity... not very nice, bathroom too narrow and bed rather small and rather hard!
No parking for all cars as supposedly planned!!! We had to park dangerously along the road!
Beautiful pool with lake view, but the water is totally frozen so impossible to get in!
Beautiful terrace for lunch, breakfast is varied, sweet salty according to your desires..
unsmiling staff!

was small but comfortable.
Breakfast run out of almost everything 30min before closure. They replenished some things very slowly which made it unease

Good hotel but bad food
After some of our complaints we learned that from this year the management of the restaurant has been changed. Well it has changed for the worse, staff unprepared, poor quality food and poor organization.
Much better years past.
That's a shame.

Do not eat here your be very disappointed
The food was basic, overpriced, and had no flavour whatsoever:
• 12 euros for pasta with plain tomato sauce — bland and uninspiring.
• The lasagne was very dry, looked like it had been cooked days ago, and then reheated.
• The steak was like a one-minute steak — thin, tasteless, and definitely not worth €18.
• There’s nothing Italian about the food at all.
Bread was stale can get better at Lidl also down the road.
To make matters worse, the drinks tasted like paint stripper — definitely not enjoyable.
I’d recommend the hotel for accommodation only but strongly suggest eating and drinking elsewhere.
