Weekend in Mantova

My wife and I stayed during the weekend of May 30th and 31st.
We randomly booked this place mainly considering the quality-price ratio, and fortunately, the stay exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is new, large, functional in every detail, and very clean.
The welcome from the entire staff was excellent, and having also dined at the in-house restaurant, we would like to particularly thank Riccardo (the head waiter), who was very kind, professional, and attentive to details, as well as Vincenzo the chef.
The dinner was very pleasant, and the food was of high quality and excellent!!
I conclude my review by absolutely recommending this hotel for any stay in Mantova, whether for leisure or work.

Horrendous.

Depressing room with a view of an apocalyptic scene in the style of 'The Last of Us' of an abandoned shopping mall. Paper-thin walls, I heard others snoring, I didn't close an eye.
Pitiful breakfast and distressing restaurant area. There is not even water in the minibar in the room. I asked for a spoon to have dinner in the room (Deliveroo) and after an hour I had to go out to get it myself. The bathwater occasionally came out yellow. The elevator, despite only being two floors, takes forever to go up and down with epic waits. I would prefer to sleep in the car instead.

Experience to repeat

The hotel is new, spacious and elegant, with very comfortable rooms and attention to detail. The dining room is really beautiful and offers a great variety of delicacies, all of excellent quality. The staff is always friendly, helpful and polite, helping to make your stay even more enjoyable. A really positive experience, absolutely recommended!
